John came into our home and found issues that had not been found by the previous inspector. He also was clean and orderly with doing our mold inspection. He was thorough and walked me through what he was doing. He was helpful in explaining the report. I recommend him as an inspector and mold inspector. I will continue to use him for years to come.

Called a couple of places to schedule a inspection and they where 8 weeks out.. Called John at all Direction and he was very friendly and was fast to get me set up in no time to get the inspection that was needed, form was sent over email and was extremely thorough!! Will definitely use again in the future!!

I called All Direction Home Inspection Services on Friday and he came promptly the following day, Saturday. John came highly recommended by my general contractor. He was clean, organized and completed the mold test in 30 minutes. Fees are reasonable. Test results were received on Monday, and was available by phone as soon as I got the inspection and lab reports. John throughly explained the types of mold spores that were found in our home. Excellent 5 star service!

John, with All Direction Home Inspection, inspected a potential home of mine on short notice. His price was extremely reasonable, he was personable, professional, and informative. He came with several specialized tools to thoroughly inspect the house. He was very thorough and methodical in his approach. After examining the property, he went back through the house and left it exactly how it was when he got there. The report was delivered within hours of completion. The report was easy to read and understand. I couldn’t ask for better. Definitely the best home inspection experience I’ve ever had!
