Dan Beard is an excellent inspector, not only with his reports but with his interaction with the clients who have hired him to inspect their property. He knows how to give them the detailed information in laymans language so that they can understand the ramifications of what hes found on their potential property. Hes such a nice guy and this stuff REALLY matters to him. He makes it such an easy thing to understand for the clients. He encourages them to research if they want and get back with him - hes always willing to help them. I have worked with him for more than 20 years and I dont regret a day of it.

This is the best inspector I’ve ever used. If fact, he’s the only one I ever use. He’s certified to do many different inspection types. He’s very knowledgeable and quick! Very reliable. He’s either going to show up early or right on time. He gets the inspection reports back to you quickly and keeps you posted throughout the process.He is also a builder. He build investment properties. He buys lots, and builds from the ground up. And then he uses them as Airbnb income or puts it up for sale. So whatever youre needing an inspector for, this man can do it and will educate you along the way. He’s Honest, loyal and, goes above and beyond.
