This company stuck to their time frame and produced my inspection quickly. The report was of great quality. Shane was willing to allow me to sit in on the inspection, although, I did not end up going. The inspection report contained quality recommendations at a level where even a first time home buyer could understand. I am very happy with their service, price, and overall professionalism.
