    We have used Dave to inspect multiple homes and he has been extremely professional and thorough in all of his inspections. He has detailed specifics to us that we may not have been aware of, maintained an up-to-date knowledge of requirements in Texas, and has provided us a no-nonsense assessment every time out. He has worked with our schedule on numerous occasions, always doing everything he can to get us an extremely detailed report in the windows we needed them in a very timely fashion. So long as we stay in Texas, I have a feeling Dave will be our go to for home inspections each and every time. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for an honest, and detailed assessment of a future home they may be looking at.

    Steven did a fantastic job. Not only did he allow us to look over his shoulder throughout the inspection, his attention to detail and explanations were above and beyond.     David checked every nook and cranny of the condo I was interested in purchasing and got the inspection report the very same day. It was very detailed and included recommendations for fixes in the future. He answered his phone every time I called and answered all of my questions when I was with him for the inspection.     Mr David arrives punctually. I am a non-English native speaker, he talks to me patiently. He issues his report the same day, invoice is also included in the report. His report contains photos and video, very detailed and professional. My husband and I really appreciate his service, and feel grateful to choose his company to do our home inspection.

    Ive been in real estate in some form or fashion for the past decade and have seen my fair share of inspection reports. The residential inspection report David provided was far and away the highest quality report I have seen to date. Davids report included the standard descriptions and photos but also addressed grade opportunities and included digital graphics that made the report and property come to life. On top of that, his communication was clear, he was professional and he delivered on time. If youre looking for a high quality professional, this is your guy.

    I used Accurate Inspections for my general inspection for the house I am purchasing. The turn around time for the inspection was quick. The report given to me was very detailed, included color photographs. They left no stone unturned. Some of the comments on the report are out of my general knowledge and vocabulary so I called them to explain some questions I had and they were very helpful and walked me through the report. I would highly recommend them.

    David Tennison went above and beyond on our McAllen condo inspection. We are based in Missouri and were very concerned to get a reliable and thorough inspection report as we hadnt yet viewed the property we were buying. Our local McAllen realtor recommended David of Accurate Inspections TX. David was happy to have a phone chat about our requirements before the inspection, and when we received his thorough report, including a video of the roof and roof mounted heat/air system, we were extremely pleased. The report was thorough and highlighted a number of issues with the property that we needed to be aware of. Moreover, David was happy to have another phone chat to talk through the inspection report and he gave us very helpful tips on follow-ups as he was formerly in construction. As an engineer, I particularly valued his insights, and the many links in the report to helpful information summarized in lay person language, on each issue raised.     I am an out of state investor and needed an inspection on a fourplex in Edinburg.David was quick to respond, very clear, and made the whole process an absolute breeze. He got the report back to me **the same day**, and the report was extremely informative and thorough.
