We had a great experience with Accurate Inspections! They totally live up to the company’s name. Scheduling was done through our realtor but they had an opening on the very first workday so great if you’re in a hurry. The inspector was pretty much wrapping up at the appointment time for the walk through, and gave us a full review. There was plenty of time to ask questions and we had the full, extensive report within a couple of hours. Recommend!

Its been a few weeks since weve worked with Accurate Inspections, but since weve made our move and are settling in here in Wichita Falls Id love to speak on our experience. We had two house inspected by Randy during our house-hunting process and both inspections were exceptionally thorough and nothing short of phenomenal. Randy leaves very detailed notes in the inspection reports whilst giving specific recommendations as well as experience-based on how and why to proceed with certain fixes/adjustments. We were lucky enough to be physically present for the inspection on the house we ended up buying and, the whole time, Randy was patient and willing to work around our family seeing the prospective house for the first time as we went room to room with little kids exploring the nooks and crannies. I cannot recommend enough getting the initial run-down in person with these professionals as it was most helpful and we were made aware right away of the items that should be taken care of first and what not to worry about. Along with answering all questions we had on the spot, Randy was very adamant about letting us know that we are free to call with questions any time. Communication and scheduling with Kassie over the phone and via text was incredibly easy with both inspections we had ordered. Overall our experience with Accurate Inspections was thorough, friendly, and informative.

What I got was a very impressive report (42 pages worth), in a very easy to read format breaking down the entire house with pictures right next to the observation and an abatement recommendation on both inside and outside the house to include the yard. Andre went over the entire report with me and took the time to explain everything he found. I would totally recommend this company.

I received a home inspection a few days ago from Randy. I am working on buying my second home (military move) and have received a home inspection before prior to purchasing my this home. Its an understatement to say that he did an awesome job. My first inspection was short, included very little information, and really just seemed like a waste of money. With this inspection from Randy and his team, I received an extremely detailed inspection. For further comparison, his report was 34 pages long! My first was only 6. He did an astounding job! In addition I sent him a text message hoping to talk to him person to person about the report (currently out of state, so have never actually seen the house) and he called me less than an hour later. He professionally answered every one of my questions with great detail and explanation and was overall great to talk too. These days it is hard to find such high quality service, and from every angle they hit the nail on the head. I would highly recommend using Accurate Inspections if you are purchasing a home in the area.

Had a great experience with Accurate Inspections. We were getting our home inspected for repairs we might need to make before putting it on the market. They were very responsive and flexible to our scheduling requests. The inspection itself was seamless. I barely noticed them working and checking the house while I was in my home office having meetings. The inspector walked us through the major findings, gave us great recommendations, and fielded all our questions.The report was comprehensive -- 35 pages of detailed pictures of all their findings. They found things I didnt even realize were issues, so were glad we did it.One warning: if you order a crawl space inspection, it has to have at least 18 of clearance, or else they cant access it and will only take pictures near the entrance of what they can see. For large pier-and-beam homes, I think youd want a more comprehensive check under the house.
