I whole heartedly recommend this inspection company. The process for scheduling was seamless, and the team performing my inspection was professional, friendly, and very accessible. The actual inspection was very thorough. They took tons of pictures and explained all the findings. I appreciated that issues were ranked so that it was clear what was a safety concern vs a low-level repair issue. The software they offer is great as far being able to translate their findings into an itinerary of costs and/or credits. I can confidently say I will use their services again, especially since they uncovered a lot of issues that helped me realize that the property I was looking to buy was not for me.

I knew hed be great based on previous reviews, but we were very impressed with how thorough he was. After spending 3 hours at our home and answering every question we had, he still got us the full report the same evening. Tons of photos, comments, and even a full drone video of our roof. I was skeptical about the drone roof inspection at first, but the photos and video were great and allowed him to see areas of the roof that would have been tough to access while walking the roof. Met the inspector who explained in summary all that he would do and what the report would look like. We were buying a home being sold as is, so we wanted as much detail about the homes condition as we could get to understand what we would need to deal with if we closed the purchase. There was a 100 + page report listing everything inspected anda summary report that highlighted items in 3 categories: immediate concerns (red), repair or maintenance items (orange), and items of interest noted during the inspection (blue). Our summary report was 38 pages. All items in summary report had photos.Our inspection took nearly 5 hours because there were so many red issues.We highly recommend this this company.

The house was a smaller single family house, and Rick spent more than 3 hours performing the inspection. He was very thorough, covering everything except those items which he was unable to do, such as climbing onto the roof, and testing the A/C unit in the cold weather. I attended the inspection, and Rick answered all of my questions. He went into the attic and looked around, and found a hole that would otherwise have been unnoticed. The inspection report was done electronically via a tablet, and included lots of pictures, and even had arrows in the pictures to highlight issues.
