    When I arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment, your inspector, Nathan, was already there and setting up for his inspection. Throughout the inspection, he answered any questions I had courteously and professionally. It was obvious by his explanations of issues found that he was experienced and knowledgeable about his trade. He never tried to alarm me, only inform me about issues he found and advise if he felt additional, specialized inspection was warranted.I would recommend Nathan to anyone who is needing a home inspection. I can also recommend A-Action Realty Inspection Services for the professional manner in which they handled my request for an inspection.

    I highly recommend using A-Action Realty for your property inspection whether a first time buyer or if you have purchased before. It was extremely easy to setup an appointment through their website and they even email you reminders and confirmations. My inspector, Taylor, did an excellent job and was very knowledge and an expertise at his job. He explained in great detail what he was seeing and was very friendly. This was my first every home inspection and it will not be my last with A-Action. They did an excellent job!

    A-Action did my inspection when I was buying a home. To begin, the receptionist gave me a quick quote (which ended up being exactly what I paid, no hidden charges) and gave me a tentative appointment while our contract was still in the process of being executed. Once executed, they were able to get us in the very next morning. The inspector was early, professional, sociable, and had no problem answering all of my questions and walking me through everything he saw at the house. The report was completed before the inspector left the property, giving me all the information I needed, start to finish, in just a few hours. I will absolutely be using this company again for any future inspection needs.

    GREAT experience! We used A-Action Realty Inspection years ago on our first home purchase and just recently recommended the service to our parents who were purchasing a home. The inspector was prompt, professional and thorough. We were able to join him at the end of the inspection (he gave us a courtesy call) and he walked us through the report with pictures and descriptions of his findings. We were able to use these for negotiating repairs with the owners. The report was immediately emailed to us.     The experience my fiance and I had was great. We called and spoke with Diana and she setup our appointment with Paul Ferris. We received quick and helpful emails within an hour of setting up the appointment.We received follow up emails and reminders an easy online paying option to pay before the inspection. I wasnt present for the day of inspection but my fiance did attend the end of it to discuss things with Paul that were found. Paul did give him great information and my fiance was very impressed with how detailed Paul was. He told me it was the BEST INVESTMENT he made was to get Paul as our inspector.We received our detailed report with DETAILED NOTES AND PICTURES on our newly built home.     Luis was a great inspector, had no problem with me asking questions as he examined the house, and was very kind to my toddler who wanted to tag along and help out. He could have asked for us to take him away and I would have been completely understanding, but Luis took the time to include him in the process - and they charge you by the size of the house so he wasnt being sneaky and raising the cost by taking a little longer. All in all, very professional, thorough, and family friendly.

    My inspector Paul did a great job inspecting our potential home. I arrived with about 10 minutes left worth of work and was able to watch the last few tests he performed. Afterwords, he completed the digital report that included pictures and explanatory graphics. Then he walked me through each item and gave some background to some of the potential serious defects and the less serious cosmetic faults. Overall, A-Action was only about 88 dollars higher than the next closest inspector. I would recommend A-Action to anyone needing inspection.

    Just awesome - The most important factor to me; it was an extremely thorough inspections, so I felt it was money well spent.Our inspector was very detailed and patiently walk through his findings so I understood the ramifications of the issue and how that could “haunt” us in the future if it is not addressed now.I could see us bringing them back every five years to do follow-up inspections. While I’m a handy person, I don’t think I’m thorough enough to identify all issues. It would be worth it to me to get a fresh set of eyes to do an independent assessment.

    Richard Parker of A-Action Inspection Services did a thorough excellent job of my home inspection needs. He approach was very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to interact and discuss with Richard the various aspects of a home inspection. As we did the walk through the house, he explained in detail the implications of the defects of the house structures and systems as to what needs to be done and how serious were the defects and what need to be done to overcome or mitigate the risk. He also identified and explained safety reasons why some of the defects must be addressed and fixed. I would recommend A-Action and Richard Parker any time for your residential real estate inspection services.

    The girls that scheduled my appt were fast and accurate! I even left off and called back an hour or more later and they still had all my information so I didnt have to repeat myself, what a time saver! Speaking of time, Luis was on time to do my inspection, very thorough, spent a lot of time in the house and found some major repair issues. He explained every item to me on site. Asked if I had any questions, answered those as well. Shortly after, I received a text telling me my report was ready. I checked my email and it was there with lots of pictures, very detailed information on every thing in the house. I would say A-Action has the most up to date system for handling inspection needs. A-Action saved me a lot of expenses and stress not buying the house as it was. A-Action was the best $402 ever spent! Thank you!! I will be using your services on the next house I want to buy.

    Nathan Ross was able to come do an inspection on a home we are buying. We were coming from out of town and we needed it done the next day. He was on time (actually about 10 minutes early), he was very patient with us, and explained everything in the report. We had a copy of the report before he left. The infra-red didnt show anything major, but did find several places where insulation wasnt installed correctly.     Paul Crowe was very thorough and generated a very detailed report which revealed some trim on the eves that needed replacement. The seller had just hired a contractor to repair all of the trim that needed replacing. You could not see this from the ground and the seller was embarrassed and immediately reached out to the contractor to fix it. Wow. His report was amazing; he used infrared imaging to check for water leaks and hot spots in the electrical wiring. He checked the foundation for level and settling. He even checked the water pressure. I got pictures of areas of interest and he compared the as built in 1978 to current code standards. This guy knew his stuff. He was there on time and went over every detail of his findings. I received the report before I got back to my office and got a follow up call from his office the same day as well. Great inspector and great company.

    We recently had our home inspection completed by Nathan. He phoned me as he arrived (early!) to introduce himself and give me a brief overview of what was to happen. I have never owned or maintained a house and my husband was unable to be there due to work. Nathan explained everything on the inspection report in a way that I could understand and even took the time to explain some basic home maintenance. I had called Nathan hours after the inspection to clarify something on the report and he called me back within minutes. I will definitely recommend Nathan to anyone who needs this service. Nathan has a great attitude, a great sense of humor and didnt make me feel stupid when I asked a lot of stupid questions.

    The appointment process is very friendly. Appointments can be made online or by phone. The representative I spoke with was courteous and helpful. The inspector, Luis, arrived on time. He was dressed appropriately and arrived on time. He did his job in a professional manner. His report and accompanying photos were professional and thorough. He wore booties inside. My only suggestion is that you consider adding a summary page at the end of the report. This is the 4th inspection I have done with A-Action this year.

    Our inspection was an utterly painless and pleasant experience. Our inspector Michael Riehl was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and personable. What was particularly impressive was the fact that the house had been previously inspected 2 weeks prior by a company hired by other prospective buyers who changed their mind and backed out. Michael found a few other areas of concern in addition to all previously found by the other company. In addition, we are out of towners and had flown in for the inspection. Inspector Scott Lewis found an issue with the HVAC unit not working as expected and when confronted by the builder which didnt take it lightly he didnt backdown and stood his ground and put it in the report.
