I had a stellar experience, very communicative and responsive when scheduling my inspection. Extremely professional even when my builder (Lennar homes) called them to reschedule my inspection behind my back claiming to have consent (which they didn’t have), so when the office of A-Action called me to confirm this change which was unusual coming from the builder and not the actual customer I was beyond impressed and thankful for their amazing customer service. I started out online but had to stop towards the end to figure out some dates and times with my realtor and A-Action called me to finish up the process which was awesome. i didnt need to re-answer or provide any of the information I had already put into the online system even though I didnt complete that process. They were able to get me an appmnt the next day without an issue.We used the company for our buyers inspection for a house we recently started the purchase process on and our inspector was Ryan Arch. He was great. very professional, was early to the appointment and did a very thorough job. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and asked a couple different times, through the process, if there were any particular areas of concern for us that he could take a look at. Post inspection he took time to walk us through the inspection report and talked about what each finding meant and again answer any questions we might have about that.All in all this was a great experience and I will definitely be using them again should we decide to purchase another property.

Because of extreme weather in Dallas we had to reschedule our inspection to purchase our manufactured home. The first day of the inspection the inspector went to the home and told us that the pipes were frozen and that was helpful we were able to get a hold of the owner and have them shut off the water in time so that when they did finally defrost there was no damage. we would not have known this information had the inspector not gone out there. Then the two times I had to speak with the admin over the phone they were professional and very helpful. And finally the inspection was done by Doug and it was very detailed very thorough and will prevent us from any problems going on in the future of buying this home. They are very professional highly recommend this company

My house is currently under construction, two months left so we can move in. I have decided to hire someone for an inspection prior finishing up the tape bed and texture stage. They found some concerning items. Glad that I called them and I was glad to meet Gordon Law in person. He took his time checking the house, I think he spent at least two and half to three hours for the inspection and the company sent me a detailed report with all the concerning items. I have asked them to come back and verify if all their comments have been addressed. I will hire them again for the final inspection thats for sure. Personally I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a one year warranty inspection with A Action from their abundance of good reviews online and do not regret it one bit! Our inspector, Doug was amazing from start to finish! From the start, Doug arrived early and started inspecting the outside of our home. The total inspection time was about 2 and a half hours and Doug thoroughly inspected every inch of our house inside and out and gave us amazing tips on cleaning, maintenance, and things to watch out for. We ended up finding out our sprinkler system was wack and had time to call our builder to get it fixed before our warranty ended. I highly recommend Doug and had such a pleasure meeting him! In todays market is very hard to get any trade out to a property in a short amount of time. However it is critical in an inspection/option period when purchasing a pre-owned home. I was able to get someone scheduled the very next day. The inspector arrived 20 minutes early and spent a total of 5 hours and 20 minutes at a property with 4,400 ft² including a pool. It was very helpful to have a company that would inspect the irrigation system and pool and take a look at the foundation as well as the general inspection of the home. We found the inspector to be very friendly and informative. I would definitely use them again!

One thing I like about this service is that they cover a variety of inspections - home, pool, septic, and termite.Monty was very thorough and patient. The home we are in the process of buying had an aerobic septic system and he walked me through how the process works and also the things to watch out for. I’ve never had to deal with a septic system before so I appreciated the level of detail because it would’ve been easy to just say what works and what needs fixing but he was very patient and now I have a better understanding of things.The house itself is in good shape and Monty said as much, but he also noted all the little details that will help me take care of the house and keep it in good shape for the long haul. I like the emphasis on not just finding faults but helping me understand how to keep the faults from happening.Also, there was a hiccup with the initial inspection that we ordered and we had to reschedule. This company was great--so easy to work with. I called on Thursday at 6pm with a last minute request and they scheduled us on Saturday afternoon to make it happen. Our inspector, Taylor, was on time, informative, and answered all of our questions. He spent 4 hours inspecting a 4500 sq ft house built in 2016 with pool, and spent an additional hour explaining his findings to us. He noticed a small brick that was dislodged on the exterior in a difficult place to see, small roof repairs that needed to be addressed, areas around the pool that needed sealing, and a clamp missing from our fireplace. The final report with photos was ready that evening. Very professional and good quality service, highly recommended.

Doug was great. Given the craziness that is COVID-19, I wasn’t sure if I would be closing my home on time but as it moved forward, I was worried about what services I could obtain. The company reached out via email and text to confirm documentation, payment and appointment and let me know Doug was on his way in the morning and what time I should head there towards the end to review his findings. He had a mask and hand sanitizer which was comforting as I also had a mask and sanitizer on hand as well to make sure we both stay safe. Doug was personable and thorough in his review and explanation and undoubtedly caught things I would have never checked in my limited 2 hour walkthrough with a new construction home such a damaged screen window and making sure the insulation in the attic was sufficient. The items needing attention were minor and hopefully resolved soon so it’s a relief to know my home is in good condition and I only need to worry about the cosmetics in my upcoming walkthrough.

Scott was great at pointing out potential problems and explaining how we can further investigate problem spots as well as things that were more concerning over others. He was very meticulous and thorough in his inspection. well worth the money. I Would recommend the thermal imaging as it uncovered multiple issues that at are nearly invisible at a glimpse. There was one picture missing from the report that showed more evidence of an issue than the one provided from the other side of the house. I do wish the reports had a summary page as there are a solid 50 pages included in the inspection. Overall couldn’t be happier with the service and potential catastrophe avoided and brought to the negotiation table.
