    A-Action is best when it comes to building inspection. We recently took their services for a commercial building inspection and Kailey and Ryan are the best! Kailey ensured what to expect and answered all our questions without hesitation. Ryan arrived on time and went over the process in detail with us. It took him around 3 hours to complete the inspection. And after the inspection was done he went over the findings with us thoroughly. I would recommend their services to everyone.

The person I spoke with to schedule our appointment was pleasant and the whole process was so easy. Brian was our inspector and he was awesome. He did a very thorough inspection and then went over every detail with us. He answered all of our questions and took his time to explain things to us. I havent bought a house in over 30 years and after the inspection of our soon to be new home I felt more at ease. He checked everything!! I also felt the price was very reasonable.     Our inspector did an amazing job of giving a thorough and complete evaluation of the property. He inspected a house, dock, septic system and metal building and gave very detailed information on all issues we should be aware of. Our realtor warned us that it will make you question buying the home and it did for a minute because it told you everything. But we are so thankful he did because it helped us in negotiations with the home owner and we know everything we need to fix up once we close on the home.I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them if we ever need an inspector in the future.

    We made an appointment online with A-Action about a water intrusion issue that has been going on for several years. Almost immediately, we were contacted to finalize the date and time. We’ve had numerous “experts” come out and look at our issue and were unable to detect all the areas where the water was coming in. Brian Murphy arrived on time and explained to us how he was going to approach his investigation and tests. Within 2 hours, Brian found where and why the water was coming in. The next day we had a detailed report addressing our issue and other issues that we were not aware of with recommended corrective measures. We will be using A-Action for inspections during the corrective measures to ensure the corrections are made correctly. We have used other home inspectors over the years, and none of them were anywhere close to the caliber of A-Action Inspection Services.
