    I really put them on the spot with less than a 24 hour notice, but they were on time and thorough in their report. By it being a new home they found minor things that I would never catch.     The entire inspection process was very professional, friendly and enjoyable. A-Action kept us informed of what will happen, when and what to expect. The inspector (Ryan James Arch) was a joy to interact with. He showed up on time, paid attention to all details and his report was thorough, clear and understandable. After finishing, Ryan spent time with us at the property - went over each item, answered questions, pointed out the easy fixes and the ones where we should get a professional, etc. All in all Ryan behaved as (an expert) member of our family.     I typically do not leave reviews but I am truly impressed with the phase 1 and 2 new construction inspections performed by Ryan at A-Action Reality Inspection. After owning a newly built 2020 home (existing new build when purchased) and having many issues within 3 years, I was very anxious about purchasing a new construction home. Ryan did an impeccable job both in the inspection reports and with explaining everything in the report. He answered ALL my questions and there were many as an OCD, anxious, first time new construction home buyer watching the build from the ground up. We just finished the phase 2 inspection and my nerves have been calmed, he pointed out the few major things that needed to be fixed along with a few others that could be addressed. We are so grateful our builder has done a great job thus far. Ryan’s professionalism, experience, and expertise made me feel even more confident in our purchase when he said the build of our home looked great and pointed out the few major issues that could cause potential problems in the future. He did an excellent job with each Inspection phase and documented everything so it was easy for me and my builder to address the issues. Lots of pictures with explanations for a very thorough report. The reports were also completed and emailed in a timely manner after inspection was completed so I could promptly get it sent to my builder. And I must say our phase 2 inspection was done when it was a windy and brutal 24 degrees outside, Ryan still took his time and inspected our home as if it were his own, it never felt rushed. He toured the house with me and showed me the findings of his report. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively. I look forward to having Ryan complete our final home inspection before making this house our home and again at our 1 year warranty inspection. You will not be disappointed using A-Action Reality Inspections. They make every step easy from calling to inquire about services, to scheduling, paying, obtaining the report, and answering any follow up questions.     Luis did a very thorough inspection for us. He took the time on site to review all of his findings, answered all of our questions, and gave us an accurate depiction of what the state the house. They followed up multiple times leading up to check in. We were provided with our inspector’s contact information well before it was time for the appt.     Our home inspector was excellent. He was meticulous and asked us to be present in order that he could show and discuss with us any issues he found. He wanted us to have that next level experience and he delivered. He inspected our aerobic septic as well, opened the different caps and taught us what floats did what and what to look for. He tested the overflow and even discussed plastic vs cement covers when time to replace. He left no stone unturned and was prompt in his report writing. He was concerned not just with a thorough inspection, but also insistent that we understand any finding he made. Excellency and integrity are the hallmarks of our inspection experience.

    I purchased a new home in the final phase of new construction from a reputable homebuilder in Mansfield, TX. My concern as the buyer was at this phase of construction, I have not had the opportunity to inspect the home or hire a home inspection service. We have all heard or seen horror stories of new home construction errors that were undiscovered by the buyer until after the closing on the home, or the home warranty expiration. So, after some recommendations and online research, I decided to hire A-Action Reality Inspection Service. The A-Action Inspection Technician that conducted my inspection was professional, courteous, and showed up on time with all the necessary inspection equipment. He conducted a 360-degree inspection of both the interior and exterior of the entire property including walking the roof, and property grounds, and inspecting the attic. The inspector found several current state building code violations. The inspector noted deficiencies likely would not have been discovered by an untrained buyer conducting a new home construction inspection. The technician was attentive and knowledgeable in responding to my questions concerning building code requirements, and the irregularities I noticed during my walkthrough inspection. Upon completion of his thorough inspection, he gave me a debriefing with images of all his findings, with very specific explanations of the potential impact of his findings. After compiling the details of his inspection, he emailed me a categorized report detailing his results along with images, and the current new home construction building code requirements, which pertained specifically to his finding noted in the inspection. In my opinion, if you are purchasing a new construction home, unless you have experience inspecting a home through each phase of construction, to code where the home is being built, hiring a third-party trusted and experienced home inspector is a definite value-added and well-worth the investment. A-Action Realty Inspection Service was recommended to me by a family member who also hire them. I was very satisfied with my experience with A-Action Reality Inspection Service and would highly recommend the company if you are looking for home inspection services.
