I am a first time home buyer looking at purchasing a nearly 50 year old country charm of a house. I may have been referred to First Alarm Inspection Service by my mortgage company however, I have to believe it was Divine guidance! Mr Chris spent more than 4 hours checking everything possible in, on, and around this house and property. I spent most of the inspection time following him around watching and listening.I have never seen anyone work so thoroughly & methodically. Chris is Obviously a highly trained safety expert, (Fireman first) and keenly aware of current building codes. I gleaned a wealth of knowledge on site and everything Chris had to comment on was spelled out in great detail in his written report in easy to understand laymans terms, accompanied by many high quality pictures. It was clear to me that he has a real passion for his work. His final report will be valuable reference guide book for the ongoing care of my new home for years to come. Thank Chris keep up the good work! Maybe teach some classes in your spare time professor!

Chris was so thorough and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. I know he was worth every penny because he found so many issues that wouldn’t have come up until after the warranty was expired. I also have the peace of mind that our house is safe. Chris was great to work with. He came out the week of Christmas on very short notice and did an extremely thorough inspection of a home we are buying. He spent a lot of time with my husband going through his findings and prepared an extremely detailed report very quickly. Highly recommend!

AMAZING quality at the BEST price. You absolutely want to use this company for your home inspection.My husband and I are buying our first home and our realtor highly recommended Chris with 1st. We were not disappointed! Not only was our inspection incredibly thorough, Chris was so kind and took his time to walk through all the important details with us. It really gave us peace of mind to know so much detailed information about the home we are looking to purchase. We got our full inspection report (with pictures!) so quickly and he even made himself available to us after the inspection if we had questions. Chris did an amazing job while inspecting our future home. He went above and beyond to make sure he was able to inspect the house entirely. Now let me put your mind to rest. I know you are probably thinking, “jeeze these peoples reviews are fantastic, I bet his inspections cost a pretty penny” you couldn’t be farther from the truth. His price was the lowest I had received, and trust me when I tell you, he will do a far better job than the competition. Yes, you read that correctly, he was the cheapest and I truly believe that if I had gone with anyone else things would have been missed.

Chris was extremely professional, respectful, and provided high quality service for an awesome price. He cleaned up after himself very thoroughly and was extremely kind. I was very happy with the final product. The result of his work provided me with vast knowledge in relation to my home. He even helped me hang a picture while he was there! Super awesome guy and not bad to look at too ;) I would recommend his services to anyone!

Last month I had a home inspected and was pleased with Chris whom was informative but didnt drown me in technical terms. He was also sure to let me know that if I didnt understand anything in the inspection to give him a call. Also, received a military discount.
