We built a home with long lake in Winfield Lakes. Its a terrific community and a great value! We really enjoyed working with Richard. He was honest and upfront about the building process. We had a few concerns about a few items that needed to be fixed after closing and Richard assured us that everything would be taken care of, and it was. Beautiful home and great location. Im not sure about the other reviews but my expereince has been very good. I purchased in Winfield Lakes in Fresno with Lake Ridge Builders. The value was outstanding and my home inspector told me they have some of the best construction qulaity in Houston. I love my home and espeically the 2-story great room! -

The only thing that bothers me is the basketball goals in the streets and the children dont want to move. Its a safety hazard at night because its hard to see and the last thing you need is someone to get hurt behind a basketball goals. HOA expressed that more people will need to complain or send an email -
