The homes are absolutely beautiful and spacious. I like the floor plan and the location. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinetry, and textured walls give the home a modern contemporary feel. I also like the fact that the house has a two car garage as well. The guest bedrooms are big enough to fit a 5 piece furniture set with no impudence of flow, and the closets are very spacious. The master bedroom has its own unique modern style set apart from all other rooms. With a unique ceiling feature spacious closet and on sweet with his and her sinks and a spacious shower. Outlets and switches are strategically placed where appliances and electronics would naturally be throughout the home. Overall, its a beautifully built and well designed home.

It has been a very good experience, the house is beautiful and detailed, the team has been awesome ! Shout out to my builder Mr. Jimmy Smith, also Ms.Liz and Mr.Enrique has been very nice and helpful! 👏👏👏

Some Homes are now able to be toured and bought. It seems like a good neighborhood, it looks to be cute homes. You can walk and drive through the neighborhood they do not mind.
