I love my home. My children love it too. Great people to work with from start to finish. Love that the schools are close by. Love that there are stores close by as well. Its a peaceful and quiet community. I love how the staff patiently waited on me and worked with me. The communication was well presented, and the staff was awesome. They informed me of everything I needed to know and answered every question I had. I plan on making another home purchase with them in the near future. Thank you 😊

I love the location of my home and so close to everything. My favorite part about living here is the staff. They have always been responsive, professional and willing to help if I need anything. Ive noticed that the house is very well-insulated and my utility bill stays lower than expected during 100+ degree weather. The process of buying the house was very easy compared to previous homes that I had purchased. They take the time to teach you about your home and how to take care of it. That was a service that left a lasting impression. There are some great neighbors and more moving in! Im actually disappointed that I didnt buy one of the larger homes. I really hope they will put in a pool soon. Thats the only thing missing to make this place amazing.

Just moved in April of last year and absolutely love this neighborhood! It’s easy access on and off 45 and everyone during the home buying process were great. Even when I had a couple issues with the house after moving, they were quick to send someone out to get the issues fixed under the warranty. I worked with Ja’Nae and Lani and they are the absolute best. They are super patient and very knowledgeable about the homes and all the options.

This is a beautiful neighborhood full of pine trees for a woodsy feel! The homes are beautiful with so many options. The best part is JANAE. She has made the entire process of house buying FANTASTIC and BREEZY. She truly cares about your needs and has a heart of GOLD! Her level of professionalism is TOP NOTCH! She is THE woman you want to work with for a buying a new home in this neighborhood.
