Candid, transparent and forthcoming is the ideal description for builder sales associate, Michelle Garcia-Mittleman in Meyer Ranch. My wife and I are considering an additional investment purchase; Michelle presents facts without bluster or the cruising to a closing demeanor. She states that the quality is in the product and her history, courtesy and honesty reflects this statement. -

Kevin has been absolutely amazing! We are trying to move from California to New Braunfels and The Grove is where we want to be. He has gone above and beyond sending us pictures of the area and getting back to my questions as quickly as possible! Hands down best customer service so far. We are planning our move early 2022 and most definitely will be in touch with Kevin to get us into a Scott Felder home! -

Kevin has been helping my wife and I and is very detailed and thorough. He always answers our questions and if he doesnβt have the answer he gets it and gets back to us in a timely manner. We canβt wait to start building with Scott Felder Homes. If they are as great as Kevin then we know we are in good hands! Look forward to the process! -

Im sure the homes are nice, but would not accommodate for Handicap building. Went to Ashton Woods and they accommodate for handicap building. -
