I have to say my experience with dealing with Perry Homes has been great! The sales team and building team are responsive to any questions I may have or if I had an issue, they responded appropriately over 6 months while my home was being built. I love my Perry Home and I love the Perry Home team because they went over and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible regardless of circumstances that were out of my control.I have heard horror stories with other builders but Perry Homes exceeded my expectations. Austin Runey, Moises and their team are A+. A good builder with great customer service is a cheat code!

Its been a great experience building our dream home with perry homes. Sales process was very smooth Austin Runey (Sales Manager) helped us a lot throughout the process from sales to closing the home and communicated everything in a very professional way. The building process also went very well the construction team (Michael George and Isaiah Runyon) was very efficient and did a great job, all our issues were addressed on timely basis very professionally. Love the home build by PH the home of our dreams.Thank you PH.

I would start by saying thank you to all the people that helped us make our dream come true. Its our first home and Austin Runey (sales manager) who has always been very helpful and patient throughout the process. It has been a great experience with PH in terms of quality and people. Be it Michael George and Isaiah Runyon (gem of heart person) every big or small concerns was always addressed.The entire team is A+ in every aspect. We are so happy that we bought our first home with Perry :)
