Stacey Holland, the sales consultant for CastleRock, is a very nice lady. She was very respectful of what my wife and I wanted, answered all of our questions (or contacted builders if she was unsure), and didnt bombard us with information from the get-go like we experienced with some other builders. We have begun negotiations and are coming to a deal on a home now that is very comparable to other recent new home sales in the area, and CastleRock even agreed on a couple upgrades. We are very excited to move to the community soon.
