Old with the new. As far as the builder goes, I can say you have more options to choose from but the neighborhood itself have nothing to wow a first time buyer builder looking for amenities. -

What you see in this pic is an older Model Home. The new Houses are being built in the back of the neighborhood. Theyre spacious and well priced. Its also nice that the community is more hidden. You wouldnt know all this is back there ! -
