We just build home with coventry homes. My sales rep was Rick and project manager Trevor. Overall we’re happy. Everything went as planned. When you buying your home from those builders you have to set realistic expectations. It is a process and you have to be involved. Ask questions communicate , address issues and everything will be accommodated. There is always an area for improvement but it is the same thing with every builder. One thing is important , you need to know that in the end of the project you will have punch list and in first year or two after living in the new home there might be issues, as long as your builder is addressing them timely it’s absolutely fine. Coventry homes Rick, Trevor taking good care of us , any issues I had so far were taking care of almost immediately. Every time we build a new home we learning something new something what we should’ve done or should have not but it is a part of the process. Again just have realistic expectations and be involved in the process and they will give you a good care and you will have a great house as we do.
