We considered building a home in Lago Vista, but it wasn’t until we met with Elizabeth Northcutt that we knew Coventry was the right home builder for us. I’ve never worked with anyone who cares so deeply about her customer satisfaction. Even though we signed the contract close to the worse possible time, at the height of supply shortages, Liz was able to advise us on every single detail of the home. For such a long and complicated process (it took over a year), nothing ever came as a surprise. Really. Thanks to Liz we were prepared to choose our finishes at the design center, and after we made our selections she kept us appraised biweekly for the entirety of the build. She visited the house herself to make sure things were advancing and was kind enough to even send us photos of new details (we lived an hour away, so we couldn’t visit the site often). So, fantastic advisor? Yes, AND, the rest of the team was great too. Mike, the construction manager, addressed every single one of my concerns (I’m very picky, but I’m not a jerk. Don’t be a jerk), and got the house punched out in record time so we could close. Furthermore, the crews working for Coventry are the unsung heroes. We met a few people and it was amazing to me the pride with which they did their work. A woman who was working on detailing tile was amazingly fast. I looked away and before I knew our fireplace was perfectly finished. As she was finishing our backsplash, she told us she had to leave, but wasn’t happy with the quality of her caulking (it wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either), so she came back the next day and did it all again! It is definitely perfect now.We’re happy we chose to work with Liz, Mike, and the Coventry team.
