    Chris put in my generator (just in the nick of time) and were spared from being without power during the hurricane!I only waited a few weeks from start to finish for the unit and was super happy with his communication and professionalism. Highly recommend and will be using him for any A/C needs that may arise, as well.

    Very positive experience! Roger did a thorough cleaning to one of my A/C units and after troubleshooting my larger second A/C unit determined it was in need of replacement.( As we expected prior) After he explained and showed us the necessity of replacing this older, inefficient A/C . This new unit was replaced the very next day! Roger made this as cost effective as possible with offering many incentives and payment options. The installation crew as well as Roger , was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Overall very impressive and highly recommended company.

    After so many years of looking for a trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable AC service I found Chris and his team. Cant tell you how many times I as burned by less than honest and less than knowledgeable service until last year when we had to replace 2 aging commercial units and we chose Rapid Response for the job. Our choice was based on the honest, straightforward approach to the problem that clearly put us (the customer) as the priority. The replacement and installation was smooth and efficient. Follow up visits were also very professional - it really made me confident that we made the right choice. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for the honesty, expertise and hard work he puts in to ensure great results and customer satisfaction.     Called Chris at Rapid Response Air Conditioning and Heating, he came out that same day. Two days later he had installers out and put in a brand new home system. They were respectful and the work is exceptional. I highly recommend this company for all AC and Heating needs. Thank you for the great service.

    After a bad interaction with a service provider sent by my home warranty company, I contacted Rapid Response. As the name suggests, they responded rapidly - they came to my house within 12 hours of my call, assessed the issue, and worked to get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible- Keith is awesome!Their staff were on time, professional, informative, and repaired damage left by the previous company free of charge. Not only did the installers do an excellent job and walk me through the different A/C components, but a supervisor also came to inspect the work and see if there were any outstanding issues or concerns. Thanks to Rapid Response, my house is cooler now than it has ever been.

    I called Rapid Response on a Sunday morning, and within 2 hours Chris had Sean at our home, the technician was respectful and diagnose our issue with 20 minutes, and explained the issue in terms that I understood. They had part on their truck and had us cooling in no time. I will recommend and call Rapid Response for any AC and heating issues.

    Chris and his team at Rapid Response are so amazing! Truly down to earth, trustworthy, and compationate people. I could tell that they really cared about the problem and were not just there for the money. I think the name fits perfectly too! I received service from Chris and his team the same day my air went out. Most companies you have to wait a day or even a few days before the team can make it to your house and youre left either with frostbitten toes or in a pool of sweat. Everyone should feel the most comfortable in their home and Rapid Response gets that need and urgency. Thank you Rapid Response for everything! I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of heating/AC.

    We used Rapid Response A/C and Heating to replace our entire HVAC system. We met with Keith first to look over our systems and discuss what we needed and our options. We decided to replace the entire unit as it was original to the house and almost 16 years old. Once the plan was confirmed, Oscar and his crew did a fabulous job with the removal and install. The entire team was professional, courteous and efficient. They made sure we understood how things were done and how to maintain the systems. The customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this company.

    The work that I have had done has been exemplary and very timely! Not only did Chris come out and fix my issue (wasnt blowing cold air! Yuck), but also showed me how to maintain the unit better for more efficiency going forward. He was polite, friendly, and professional.     Texas heat is nothing to play with. Our system had a leak and was on its last leg. It died Sunday afternoon in 90 degree weather. We called Rapid Response and Keith with sales came out and was very transparent about what we needed. He gave Chris a call and a team was sent out Monday to install a new A/C system. The team of installers lead by Oscar were quick and focused on getting us up a working. Within a few hours the house was cooling. With a Disabled Navy Veteran and a young son at home, having any equipment fail is not a option. Rapid Response came to the rescue. If you need a reliable company to do your AC repair or complete install this is it.

    I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!!!I was having issues with an AC system that was only 4 years old. I was fighting with the original AC guys that installed the unit before I Moved into my mothers old house. They were telling me that my Parts were under warranty but that i would have to pay 4-5K in labor to fix my AC. I called Rapid response and explained my situation and they were running a special were they came out and did a free check on my system. Chris the tech they sent out was very knowledgeable. he explained all my options and even went into detail about what the underlying cause of my issues were and let me know that he could repair it but the main cause of the issues needed to be addressed. we discussed it and I decided to just install a whole new unit with a warranty with Rapid response. Chris fixed the issues and I now have more energy efficient unit that is properly installed with all my other issues resolved and my house was cool and comfortable for the 1st time in almost a year.....

    I came home to a smoking AC unit. I called Chris at 5:00 pm and he was at my house before 7. He quickly fixed one of our AC units before letting us know the smoking unit was a loss. (We expected this!) Less than 48 hours later, we had a brand new AC unit and furnace installed and cooling! I highly recommend Chris for all your AC needs. 😀

    Could not be happier with the service and price. They showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to show me some preventive maintenance to help my system. At no time did they try to up-sell me anything. Turns out my system needed new filters and was slightly low on refrigerant. Recommend calling, for service, the last thing you want is your AC going out during the summer.

    My grandfather A/C stopped working on one of those hot Texas days and the repair company that the landlord uses wasnt able to send out someone at the moment. I called Rapid Response and Chris Conely (owner) said all his repairmen were out but he would personally come out and repair the unit. We ended up having the other repairman used by the landlord arriving just before Chris got there. Im giving Chris and Rapid Reponse 5 stars because held true to the company name and even though he didnt have a chance to do business with us, he showed great character and I would recommend him for any HVAC needs you may have.

    Rapid Response took care of this first responder STAT! In between my long hours at the hospital they took care of my emergency. My 15 year old unit went out on one of the hottest days this summer in Houston, TX. Same day they showed up to fix the problem. They made sure my family were safe and comfortable. In less than 36 hours I had a new unit installed AND added a clean air device to keep me and my safe! I couldn’t be happier. My serviceman Keith is a part of the family now. Pricing and service can’t be beat! Also this new top of the line unit is so efficient and super quiet. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!!!!!

    Exceptional service; travelled down 5 miles of dirt road in the middle of a personal trip in order to fix a unit that was not functioning. Went up in a 120 degree attic and didnt have a single complaint. Intellectual, provided us solutions on the phone to possibly fix it before he even got here. Definitely a hard working individual and will be asking for his service in the future if anything else goes wrong.
