My technician Jason was awesome! Had to do a chimney inspection and at the same time they did a dryer vent cleaning. Very friendly and professional. Showed pictures, went through what needed to be fixed with my chimney. Gave a detailed estimate of everything that needed to be done. Will definitely be using when I need them to do the fixes. -

The employees asked before critical decisions needed to be made and had stellar knowledge of construction. I Built the mantle and was concerned it would have to be removed! They took out the tile only replaced the firebox and retiled with my choice of marble! Awesome!!!! -

Jack with Wolfman went above and beyond to discuss options for repairing our fireplace. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering my numerous questions. Wolfman was the 3rd chimney company we met with and they got our business because the solutions were communicated clearly and thoroughly. They did the work quickly and got it completed before the holidays, as promised. -

Bill has been extremely helpful throughout our purchase from guiding us through the many types of fireplace units, etc. never felt pressured to hurry to make a decision faster than I was ready for. Roland was very punctual and professional as well ensuring we had the right measurements, etc. The follow up was great as well. Highly recommend them. -

Today Julian performed a much needed level 2 inspection of our fireplace. He was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. We were able to view the fireplace interior on his computer as the camera was making its way up the interior of the chimney. He carefully explained everything to us on the thorough report. Our fireplace needs serious repair work and we are anxious to get on Wolfmans schedule and look forward to being warm this winter. -

This was the best chimney service I’ve had since moving to San Antonio nine years ago. I’ve had issues with backdraft since the fireplace was installed, with no help from the original contractor. I was instructed from other fireplace companies to raise the flue pipe/stack. This never helped.Julian with Wolfman was able to diagnose the issue by running a camera in the flue. The issue was a bent flue pipe that had happened during the installation. I highly recommend Wolfman for your next chimney sweep and inspection. -

Great job by Peyton with Wolfman Chimney and Fireplace. He inspected my fireplace thoroughly and also cleaned it. My chimney is deteriorating and he gave me an estimate on what it would take to fix it and what it would cost. We’re looking to having Wolfman re-do our chimney as soon as possible. -

Service is great, but I have to take off one star for scheduling. A four hour arrival window is, in my opinion, utterly ridiculous. It makes it a lot harder to plan for. Are customers supposed to take a half day off work just to wait for the technician to arrive? Again, services is great, but timing is ridiculous. -

During the Safety inspection and cleaning of our fireplace/chimney Julian discovered a couple of issues (rust/corrosion, etc). He showed us pictures and explained all of the issues thoroughly, including the chance of a fire starting in wall or attic due to the defects. We are thankful we had them come out prior to using it this winter. -

My only complaint is that I was given a window of 8-12 am , and I called at 8:15 am and was told the inspector was getting his thing s together and would be leaving shortly…. I had to drive an hour to get there at 8 am, and then find out there was never a chance of him being there at 8am…. Otherwise, I m very satisfied with everything else…thanks -
