My new tenant let me know her water heater wasnt working and I felt bad because she just moved in! I called water heater pros and they originally told me they could be there between 1-3 and instead they were there before 10am. Within a short period of time they diagnosed the problem and sent me three choices via email. I received a call and the technician explained my options. He was able to replace the water heater that day and I have one happy tenant. It is very hard to find professional and reliable service people nowadays and I am amazed by your service. Thank you!
