Scheduled service quickly, came the same day I contacted. Jeremy found the problem quickly, and went straight to fixing it. Very transparent about what the issue was, charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend

We have had True Temp of Amarillo come out twice. Once for maintenance and today to repair fan motor wiring due to a snake getting caught inside. Jeremy did some troubleshooting and realized the wires had been ripped out from the flying snake. And had the wires repaired within 30 minutes in this lovely 102-degree weather.I definitely recommend Jeremy from True Temp of Amarillo for your heating and air problems. Or if you are in need of a new unit, give them a call.

Tru Temp of Amarillo is where you need to go for all your HVAC repairs. If you want service from experienced, knowledgable professionals in times where you are more likely to get some person that has only been in the business or with the company a short time. Or you get the tech more interested in quick fixes and getting out and on to the next job.Jeremy Parkhurst, owner made two trips out to our house when the A/C quit working. On the initial visit Jeremy stayed until he was sure it was working again and he offered advice on how to keep it working during 100+ degree days.It worked well until the hottest day of the year (108). Jeremy determined that the real source of the problem was that our system had been charged with twice as much refrigerant (by another company) as the system settings on the unit specified. He bled the system and it works wonderfully now and the price was very fair.Another big plus is he spoke with me and my wife as if we were both equally knowledgeable and important.

We love True Temp!!! After dealing with several AC companies, Jeremy at True Temp came to save the day!!! He was very professional and very prompt and he got our AC fixed quick!!! True Temp will be who we use from now on!!! Thank you!!!
