Great customer service from Kelvin! Boiler went down Saturday midnight called Titan Thermal and Kelvin was out working on it within 45 minutes at our business. He Got everything up and running and saved us from loss time and money!! Great Job Kelvin!!! -

This company was amazing! My churchβs boiler went down in the middle of evening bible study and we needed immediate assistance. I called Titan Thermal Services for help and they sprung to the rescue! They got everything up and running in time for the following service, and were able to fix some issues we didnβt even know we had! I am really grateful for their work and plan to use them frequently in the future. -

We realized our heater was not working properly. Called Kelvin and he was here within an hour. Had us up and operational in a few hours. This saved us downtime and lost production. He has always been very responsive and fully understands the importance of this equipment to our operation. Highly recommend!!
