Our experience with Darville was exceptional. Jocelyn and Clay showed up to our home on time, gave us a price up front for what needed to be done, did the job and cleaned up after! I’ve used several plumbers over the years and all of them have always left a nasty mess that I’ve had to clean up afterwards, so for them to take such pride in their work and ALSO leave my bathrooms looking amazing was so appreciated! Daniel and Billy answered our very much I need you Now! call and we couldnt have been happier with their response. They were in Midland an hour after the call, when the water authority informed me of a leak. Sure enough, had a faulty water heater in the back house, with some leaky pipes to boot. Less than 24 hours later, pipes fixed underneath the house, hot water heater replaced! This was a during a challenging week of weather. Couldnt have been happier with their professionalism, prompt service, and thorough work. Thanks guys! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Called for ac problems and Yahir showed up quickly to diagnosis my system. I had a ac blower motor that was going out and he was able to order me a new one that would arrive quickly. When it came in, Yahir and Julio came out that day to install it even though it was getting late in the day. They were able to install it and also stayed a little longer to ensure the unit was working as it should. I would recommend Yahir as a tech and also the company on a fair price for the work done.

Excellenct experience!! It started with the free estimate given to us by Josh. Josh asked us what we wanted and made suggestions to fulfill our necessities. We recieved a multiple option proposal within a few days. We made a decision and work started that following Monday. Dustin, Jesus, Scott, and German installed multiple units efficiently and professionally. They were able to get everything up and running within the week. I work in construction and I was impressed with their ability to get the job done regardless of the type of environment that they work in. If you need AC work done I recommend that Darville be your first call.

This company it’s just the best, from taking your call to finishing the job. I called around 8am and had Justin calling me about 10 mins later letting me know him and Adriel Baeza were going to be on their way shortly. My experience with Darville Air Conditioning and Plumbing was top notch from start to finish. I contacted them at the suggestion of a friend to get a quote on replacement of my water heater. The service dispatcher told me everything I needed to know, including that I did not need to wait around all day for a technician to show up. I would receive an advance call when they were on the way. The friendly service technicians came the same day and gave me a quote. I agreed to the price and they went to Odessa right away to get me a replacement water heater from their warehouse, and came back and installed it the same day! I was so blown away, because other companies told me I had to wait weeks.Update: I had a leaky outside faucet that got worse with the winter freeze.The valve connection was covered in concrete, making it a tough job to replace. Lina-Kay from Darville came out and had no trouble replacing the valve in less than an hour. It would have taken me forever and I might have damaged my brick wall in the process. Lina fixed it, and notified me that additional leaks may be present in my house because she was still seeing flow on the water meter. She saved me a lot of money in potentially wasted water by pointing this out to me.Update: Shutting off the water to your house at the street when you have a leak is a pain. Ive had two leaks occur in my house in the last couple of years, and had to go back and forth to the street meter to turn the water on and off until the leaks could be located and repaired. Lina-Kay from The Darville Company installed an automated shutoff valve so that I can shut the water off with the convenience of my smart phone (see image below). I love it! She even replaced my cheapo braided plumbing lines with more rugged, long lasting plumbing lines to reduce the risk of a future leak.Update: My kitchen sink garbage disposal was falling apart. The unit needed to be replaced due to poor performance and a leaky gasket that left a stinky mess under my sink. I grabbed a replacement unit from the hardware store, and Lina-Kay from The Darville Company replaced my old unit it in about 40 minutes, including installing the new sink flange assembly. She also took care of disposing the old unit, leaving me with a clean kitchen and a professional install that works great.

I had three different plumbing issues that went on in about a months time where I had to utilize their services. The technicians were prompt , professional and thorough. I will name all the Techs that worked on my house at once Brian Artelejo and his assistant, Tony Hernandez and Jocelyn Scott, and finally John Thompson and Noah Venegas all worked on my house for different reasons. The work was very professional. Darville has been my go to for my plumbing needs. With a house being built in 1958 I’m sure that the plumbing will still be an issue at various times in which I will use and recommend The Darville Company. I may be on my way to VIP status with them. Great company, awesome work and Professional Technicians with a positive attitude. If I could give more stars I would.

Our house was 82 degrees and blowing warm air. I went to check the unit to see if anything was noticeably wrong. Sure enough, our dog had pulled all the wires out of the back of the unit. I called Darville and they sent a technician out immediately. Sandra was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She had the unit rewired (she used stronger copper wire than we previously had) and back on cooling our house in less than 30 minutes. I was worried that it was going to be excessively expensive since it was 10:00 at night and to my surprise it was not. I will definitely be using Darville again in the future. Reached out to Darville due a slab leak in my home & let me tell you, best decision I ever made.Sharmin is their customer support representative that answers the phone when you call. She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly.Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan’s work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company.I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually helped me understand and explain some of the issues they’ve experienced in the past with these situations. I am supper happy with the outcome of this claim and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will REFUSE to use anyone that isn’t The Darville Co.-JP

Plus they don’t leave until the customer is happy and satisfied. Oh the joys of discovering your sewer line is still the dreaded Orangeburg. After three years of seasonal slow drains and occasional backups, I finally called in the Pros at Darville.When they installed a proper clean out, they found the original sewer line was a relic from the early 50s called Orangeburg.The next project was the replacement of all 60ft with brand new PVC.I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, and the overall dedication to serving the customer every team member displayed thru this project.

Josh has been very patient each time he has had to come out (even on Saturdays). He is very knowledgeable and has given us information we needed on A/C units. A/C quit cooling about 1:00 AM, called Darville at about 8:00 AM, and Brandon Behunin was here by 10:15 AM. He was very personable and very professional, and quickly discovered a bad capacitor on the outside unit. Had the correct part in his truck, easily replaced it, and had the unit cooling to specs in under 15 minutes. Best possible outcome, and covered by warranty!I highly recommend that any homeowner in this area buy a (very affordable) Darville Maintenance Contract for your HVAC system - they check your system twice a year, before the Summer heat and the Winter low temps, and keep your unit operating as it should.Brandon and his partner were here quickly, knew exactly what to look for, and fixed the problem in just minutes. 5 Stars!

Wendy a very nice lady in their office put me on their list and made me feel that I would be well taken care of. I received an unexpected call from Dan Igo, the next day, although it would be will be close to 5 pm (Quitting time for most businesses) he sounded eager to help resolve our problem. I arrived home from work around 5:39 and Dan Igo was finishing up his service call. He took the time to explain things, he indicated we caught our problem early. Dan offered a seal to think about getting installed. We valued his opinion. There was no mess, to clean up after him. It was a pleasure to see ole school service technician that actually cared. Called Darville after getting the run around for over 4 weeks with my parents home warranty. They had been without a/c for going on 5 weeks. Temps reaching 90+ in their house. Darville sent Brandon Behunin out to check the system. After checking hed found a small pinhole leak outside and informed me that he would order the part asap and so that my parents wouldnt be in this heat any longer he went ahead and filled the system with freon until they can get back to install the new part when it comes in ( confident that it would last a decent while). Brandon was super friendly and very professional,explained everything thoroughly and we couldnt be happier with the service he gave us. Weve never used Darville before but so far after this experience Im pretty sure weve found an hvac company we can trust and count on from now on!

I would never use this company again! I used them 2 years ago to come and do the same thing they did a week ago and they charged me $700 opposed to $300. Mind you, the same exact work they did but the first guy that came out in 2022 didn’t nickel and dime me. They will nickel and dime the hell out of anything wrong with your plumbing. The guy that came this time, claimed I had a collapsed line and I had another plumber come out for a second opinion that next day and he was able to snake out twice the length of the guy that came. I should’ve went with my first instinct with thinking he didn’t know what the hell he was talking about within the first 10 minutes of him coming to my home. The guy literally charged me an extra $240 to unclog my sink, to snake it. It was a complete rip off but I’m glad I learned my lesson because I would NEVER use this company again and all the people I referred the first time I’ll be telling them the same thing.Lina called me several weeks after this incident and fixed this situation. She was very understanding and concerned about my post which usually never happens for businesses in odessa. I think I would give them another opportunity with a knowledgeable tech coming out to my house.

Friday night before NYE I came home from work to find a flooded yard and water meter going crazy! After closing the valve I found that it was (of course with my luck) on my side. So, I called Darville around 830 PM and they said they would be out ASAP. About a hour later Noah showed up and assured me not to stress bc he would have me and my family back up that night with water. That was a great feeling! So, he was able to bandaid the situation overnight bc he didn’t have the odd ball size fitting that my line uses on hand, but he said he would pick it up first thing in the morning and be back. Sure enough the next morning he was there and had it all back online in a very clean and effective repair. He kept us up and running over night with water and then had the whole thing done by the following afternoon. I would highly recommend Darville and Noah does amazing work and is very professional.

Jordan from darville came over, checked the equipment, and found that it was something far more simple and inexpensive. Had I gone with the other company? I would have spent close to $2000 and still not had functioning air conditioning. Jordan was the epitome of professionalism and respect kindness and knowledge. He diagnosed my problem within 10 minutes and allowed me to make choices that saved me money, and I wound up spending less than $600. When he arrived, it was 106 degrees in my home. The next morning, it was 75.

My heater had been working fine in my old 1920s house until the cold front came in. I suffered for a few days with a heating system that was not responding properly. When my brother recommended Darville I had Dan Igo calling me within 30 minutes. He was so nice and tried to keep me from spending unnecessarily by giving me a few tips with things I could try on my own first. He suggested that I check the filter and to unblock the vents I had blocked off. He also said if that didn’t do the trick, he could come out as late as ten PM. I did call him one more time that day to discuss my filter and he was very helpful and patient.I did ask him to come the next day and when he saw it was just a glitch with my thermostat, he STILL offered to go up and make sure everything was good with the system. He said everything was looking good and could easily have charged me. but not DAN!! he said he couldn’t do that and gave me some further tips about my system and what he recommended going forward into the next winter season.All around a VERY surprisingly professional experience- I couldn’t have asked for better. I only wish I had some cash at the house to give a tip. but he was gracious and kind even about that.Amazing service - would call Dan again if I ever needed help with the system , In a heartbeat.THANK YOU DAN forYour time!!

5/19/2024 Update: The Darville company yet again went above and beyond today. I woke up this morning and noticed my thermostat was showing 80 F in my house. I checked a couple basic things and called Darville right away. Within 15 minutes the on call technician, Brandon, reached out and added me to his call out list. He showed up within 2 hours of the initial call. He instantly pointed out the fact that my compressor wasnt running, thankfully it was just a blown capacitor. Brandon was knowledgeable, professional, and all around a good person. This experience I why I continue to rely on the Darville company.*The update to this review is posted at the end*I requested a quote about a month ago for the installation of a water line from my RO tank to the back of my refrigerator. I requested an itemized quote for the work but never received one. Instead I got charged $99 since the plumber met me after 5 pm. I was told that it would cost $450 for the work which was fine however I wanted to see an itemized quote for the work.We decided to schedule a date for the work to be performed first thing on a Saturday morning. My wife and I wait around the house until around 11 am before I attempt to get a hold of Darville or the plumber. The call center said that I would get a response until the following Monday which was no help. The plumber did not respond to me until around 2 or 3 pm that afternoon apologizing and stating that they screwed his scheduling board up at the office. I decided to schedule directly with the plumber for the following Saturday first thing in the morning since he assured me he would be there. I told him to text me the Friday before to confirm that we were still on for the following day. I received no text from the plumber Friday night so I attempted to text him around 8 am on Saturday morning. Again, my wife and I waited at the house until well into the afternoon. This time the plumber didnt respond to me at all.I received a call from Judy this morning (Monday) apologizing for the miscommunications that have been going on. She stated that she has someone that can come perform the work this Saturday morning but I declined and requested my $99 back. I really wanted to have Darville perform the work but I have no trust in them even showing up or notifying me of any changes.****Update**** - Mark Darville, the owner of the Darville Company called me personally and apologized for my experience. He made no excuses for what happened and instead worked to fix it. Mark offered to do the work at no charge to make things right. I accepted his offer and every issue that I wrote about was addressed. I received a courtesy call the day before the scheduled work to confirm the appointment. The plumbers were scheduled to show up at 9:00 am on Saturday morning (3/2/2019). I received another phone call at about 8:20 am Saturday morning to confirm that 9:00 am would still work for me. The plumbers showed up exactly when they said they would be here. Both of the gentleman that did the work were extremely polite and knowledgeable about their craft. They did an pristine job and left no mess when they were done. Mark Darville and his wife, Anne, even showed up during the job to ensure everything was running smoothly. The level of customer service that they displayed is hard to come by in this area.The Darville Companys response to this issue has changed my view of them for sure. I will definitely be using them for the future projects I have planned for my house.

Dan in the Odessa area was very helpful and thoughtful. Right when I called him to come and look at my heater he gave me a good eta and was honest about it. When he got to my house to work he was very knowledgeable with the whole system and even showed me exactly what he was doing just in case in the future I would know what do. Even when he was done he called me back about 3 hours later to check on the system again because I have 2 babies and it was pretty cold outside. We have a newborn baby and my ac stopped blowing in the middle of the night…of course with family and in-laws in town. I called in the middle of the night and spoke to their dispatch and later Raul. He advised that they had a full load and he had just gotten home but understood about the newborn and would make something happen. Low and behold first thing the following morning him and Joshua were at my house. They had all the parts they needed and had it back up and going within a hour. I am new to midland and don’t know anybody or what companies are reasonable or reliable, but I got lucky on this one. They were very friendly and very professional. I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to anybody that asks. Price was reasonable and I would say even less than what I expected originally. I love this company!! Our technician, Josh, was amazing! He came out once to evaluate the issues of our air conditioner. He got the parts pretty quickly and came out to replace them on a Friday afternoon. For the second time I chose The Darville Company when we had an unexpected pipe burst in our wall in the middle of the night. The response time was quicker than expected. The plumbing technician who responded (Logan) was quick to assess the problem, the work he performed was clean (considering the pipe was in the wall so a portion of Sheetrock had to be removed to access it) and he performed the job quickly leaving virtually no clean up necessary. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Logan was; especially satisfied with the quality of the work performed. At first I thought I was having issues with my thermostat. Furnace/AC was not reacting to anything I put on the thermostat. Dan Igo came and went through a procedure to determine what the problem was. Fuse kept blowing out even with a new thermostat. He replaced the fuse and the transformer and even came the next day to check in. He explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciate for the sake of knowledge. First, we were unceremoniously dumped by our previous service company when they left the area without notice, in the middle of a system down issue with our system.Second, we were thrust onto The Darville Company without choice because of our existing warranty.Third, we could NOT be happier!! From the first call, the emphasis on excellent customer service was obvious. Michelle listened, patiently and empathetically to our situation, and quickly connected me to Angela, the office manager. Again, Angela was patient amd focussed on getting the situation resolved to OUR satisfaction. She dispatched Sandra to our case and within that same day, Sandra was on site. This was not a quick fix, and due to sloppy workmanship from the prior company, she had to order parts (overnighted when the OTHERS couldnt deliver that service), and we had to get an electrician to repair incorrect voltage delivery. She was professional and courteous and an excellent communicator - at every step. She even tolerated my overly affectionate cat. 😸 All said, she was able to FINALLY fix the issues created by the other company and was diligent in making sure other things we didnt even know about were addressed.12/10 Highly recommend this company and their team!

I had some plumbing issues with my tub and Marvin was sent to my house. He worked a long time trying to fix the problem, so nothing would need replacing. After a lot of hard work, he did a wonderful job and did end up finding parts for an old fixture. Marvin saved me a lot of money as the only other option was to cut a hole in the wall of my tub and replace the fixture with a newer one. He also installed a new shower head.
