Steven was able to contact me back, and come see me all in one day. He originally came to fix my refrigerator, which he was able to fix on the spot. And then we talked about what else he works on after doing such a great job, and he referenced AC repair...My AC needed assistance and he was able to check and fix it as well. 5 stars service, personable, and he gave me further tips to help take care of my AC & Fridge to keep them running right. Hopefully no more issues, but if something comes up I will definitely give him a call. Cheers!

Let’s start from the beginning- my call was answered very professionally by Steven which set a great first impression.Second- he was available the same day - which was a blessing for a family who was going to lose their food from a broken refrigerator.Third- he shows up on time every time - and in my book that’s very rare in this industry. All work (parts and labor) are documented for full transparency.So overall- I got a great service at a great price and I was treated very professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

Called Texpert on a Friday morning because the dishwasher was not draining. Steven was able to come that same morning. He already had a new drain pump he could use in his truck so he had it fixed right away. He has great service, great response time, friendly, and offers a warranty on his work. Ill be calling Texpert again when the time comes.

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped working late Friday evening. I started making phone calls first thing Saturday morning. After more than a dozen calls with no success of getting an appointment during the weekend I contacted Steven at TEXpert. Steven not only scheduled me for a same day 1p-3p appointment, he arrived on time, had the problem identified within minutes and fixed in junder an hour. My thanks to both Steven and Richard for getting the job done and saving my families weekend!

Great service! Steven was able to do same day service on my dryer on a Saturday of all days! He was able to diagnose the issue and was able to quickly fix it same day! They did a phenomenal job. I called to have theme fix my refrigerator as everything was melting and going bad. They came out the same day and able to get the compressor and have my fridge running in no time. Steven is the owner and did a great job taking ownership and even following up several days after to make sure everything was working.

Steve at texpert saved us! We have a wine cellar with wine that is worth a considerable amount and suddenly one night it stopped cooling! Over the next 10 hours i called and waited to hear from 16-20 companies easily, all the big names and top companies that pull up when you search refrigeration hvac and 24/7 emergency response. Not ONE would take the job nor would they refer me to anyone. I couldnt give the money away, and we were prepared to spend whatever we had to considering the investment. Anyhow, i found texpert and filled out a form late Saturday night and received a call early the next morning and they were able to come the same day (11 am). They were professional, they were courteous and most importantly did the job competently and saved the wine. I cant reccomend them enough and especially if you are in a pinch!Thank you Steve, youve made a life long client out of us!

Responded to request right away w a time frame for arrival next day and kept me updated on when they would arrive. Was professional and friendly. Investigated and diagnosed repair fast and repair was made right then! Price was fair and saved me from having to buy a new fridge! Gave me tips on how to keep the back clean of dirt and dust. Parts came w 1year warranty with option to extend to 2yrs. Also suggested a surge protector specially for refrigerators. Was very pleased with them and will call them again if ever needed!

Refrigerator died on us the night of the Superbowl. Everything was defrosting and we had no idea what to do. Mr. Baker took our call and discussed the issue over the phone. Someone was out to our house to attempt a repair that night, even though it was late.He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to us and what we needed to do to fix it. Also gave us some great recommendations on how to keep it performing optimally. Fridge is now back to normal. Highly recommend for appliance repair.

Hats off to Steve Grindele...refrigerator warrior - who took on a stubborn water pressure leak confined to little space and won. Did not look like much at first but had to even use a part he happened to have plus one we had ordered. He actually modified the routing after making a few trips to grab parts. Thank you Steve for your perseverance and great customer service. Hopefully our next repair wont be so damn tedious.

I give them high marks for a prompt response and knowledgeable about the repairs needed. The cost hurt though but Im not sure that is completely their fault. I will be writing a bad review for LG refrigerators. Having to replace the compressor after only 5yrs is just sad.
