I can honestly tell you that I had an amazing experience with this company. I live 5 hours away from our home in Utopia and the AC went out on our guests on a Saturday morning. I called all my regular contacts and none of them responded. But Swiss Air had an after hours answering machine and I got a call back within 30 minutes. The tech Andrew was there within the hours. He was extremely polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and my AC turned back on. Additionally he saw some other minor issues while he was there and took care of those as well. I am very please with the service I received and would definitely use them again. -

Beautiful family owned and operated. Prompt, clean, friendly and honest. If something comes up its an emergency kind a thing and they will contact you. They do not ignore their calls and they understand life happens for the customer also. They do have Saturday on call person. Their work ethic is impeccable -

France came out in a very remote area charged my a/c and identified a leak in my evaporative coil and ordered me another one and came back and installed the new one. Great professionalism and Great service and reasonable prices. Did not disappoint.Thanks France and crew. -
