Great emergency service! Charles Castillo from Swan arrived within 3 hours of our evening gas leak call and worked tirelessly from 8 PM to midnight. He even fixed a leak on cooktop knowing that was a appliance guys job and not his. Professional, thorough, polite, hardworking, and went above and beyond. 5/5 for his service. Cost felt little pricey but highly recommend for quality work!

Fast and courteous service from the first phone call to the office to the technician (Dustin) that came out to my home for the initial inspection. First thing the next morning technicians, Carlos and Andrew came out to further inspect and quickly identify the issue.These two young men were fast and efficient with their work. They kept me informed of what they were doing to solve my problem and let me know what to do going forward to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future.I even purchased the home maintenance and inspection plan to further discount what I feel was already a more than fair price for their services. Elias for as young as he is was one of the most professional techs I have ever worked with. He explained everything thoroughly and was open about costs of maintenance. Im just looking forward to having my gas line issues fixed. He came out again on Sunday because I had a valve leak. He replaced and fixed the valve in 30 minutes. I wish I had Bill gates money to put him on retainer. I am giving Swan all my business from now on. Oct 18...David and Jose were awesome. They didnt try to upset me They pointed out my heater was old and it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the unit. I hope they get their lunch rewards.

I recently had Swan out to look at our commercial AC unit. I had several people out and each time it was something different. Swan was able to show me proof and give me detailed information so that we as a company could make the best decision. In the end Swan was not the cheapest but it came down to their amazing customer service and we chose to go through them. We will never call anyone else for our AC needs it will always be Swan!!! Also Jerry Crutcher was amazing! He took over this entire project and made sure that we got everything that we needed and we were informed from estimate all the way to the repair. I had a garbage disposal that was a hardwire and I needed it switched to a plug for a new garage disposal under my sink. Justin came in and installed the plug quickly and professionally so I could get the garbage disposal in! He was very knowledgeable in his work and effortlessly installed the plug .. it looks great and I know I can trust the work!!! After Justin was done with the wiring Charles came in and did his work with the garbage disposal!!! He was very knowledgeable in his work as well and was very professional and down the earth!!! EDIT UPDATE:After several more calls, and getting no results, a technician named Dawson came out to fix the plumbing problem. Very quick and very professional. He had a helper there with him, and I liked how he explained why there was a problem with the last work done that I wasnt happy with. I was very happy to see Dawsons knowledge being passed on. I had several LARGE complicated jobs completed by Swan. Yes some problems occurred with the Complete HVAC and the Electrical line bury and pool prep - those were tolerated and kind of expected with a 50 year old house - the outside plumbing pipe fix, was way wrong, but eventually corrected by a great technicianSHORT STORY:Some problems with a couple LARGE jobs but the very small plumbing pipe fix was horrible.LONG STORY:I have spent well over $22,000 with this company and I can not believe the horrible service this company gave for a simple pipe fix.I had them bury my overhead electric line and move and upgrade the panel, and a complete HVAC - the price was higher than if I would have used different companies for each, but I was thinking they would give a discount for keeping it all within their company. We had several complaints about these projects, from messing up the roof when replacing the vent stack on the house (picture), to the outside unit not being level even after several attempts. Mud and dirt tracked everywhere. They covered my neighbors sidewalk in mud (picture)Then a few months later after the big freeze I had an outside copper pipe bust. It was an exposed line out back and should have been an easy fix.The original line was attached to the brick and very nice and neat. This guy came out and used some 90 degree elbow before attaching the spigot and never attached the line to the brick. I mean one easy tug with the hose and this pipe was busting.The guy who came out said I was able to use.. something.. so its only $175.. but charged me $300.I had to complain about the pipe not being secure to the brick and they had to send the guy back out - he told me he would do it on his own one morning, he never came, so I had to call dispatch. I had to get put on the schedule.. He comes and instead of using the original holes in the brick, he makes the pipe shorter, and then still doesnt attach with the anchors in the elbow or spigot, he uses some metal strapping and makes new holes in the brick. The sweating of the pipe looks like someone watched a Youtube video on how to sweat pipe.I complain, the manager calls me, says on Monday he will get back with me. Didnt hear back from him. I texted him asking for an update and he said he had me on the schedule for a couple days out but never told me for what.and its been a couple days and I still havent heard back. They said they would call 30 minutes before arrival (Im a small business owner) but I never received the call, only a call saying that they are at the house and about to leave if i cant be there ASAP. and now its been 3 times I have to arrange to meet them for a easy fix... they will not receive another dime of my money.

I had an urgent problem with my HVAC unit. It wasn’t working properly and it’s been in the 30s! It’s suppose to snow in 2 days. Muhammad found a burnt wire and the cause of it quickly. He quoted me, ran out to get the necessary part that had been burnt out, replaced it and checked all parts of HvAC system before leaving. I’m grateful he was able to fix it. Muhammad was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way I could understand. It gave me peace of mind about paying for the part and labor. I will definitely continue using SWAN for all my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. This company is reliable and never disappoints!

I have used SWAN for a few years after an independent plumber failed and have since used all of there services. This company is a wonderful and honest company, which I really appreciate. The other day I had a leak at my water pressure regulator, which SWAN installed a few years back. Technician Kevin Gonzalez arrived and noticed that it was not installed properly. There is a 2 year warranty on such services, but he spoke to his manager to see what could be done due to it not being installed correctly in the first place. They spoke and the manager advised him to go ahead and complete the work that day for free. I truly appreciate the honesty. I wouldnt have known that it was installed incorrectly and wouldve paid to have it fixed, but they knew it was there work and stood behind it. Its hard to find good honest companies and they are one.

During the hottest part of the summer my AC system no longer blow cold. My house is 1992 and the AC was original to the house. I was trying to get a few more years out of it but after the last costly repair I just didnt have the energy to sit in a 110 degree house anymore. I called them out on Saturday. Now im in the trade service industry myself, so I knew what to expect with price and they were right in line with that. Thank god they offered financing options for the Amana S series that have a pretty low interest rate which helped out a lot. They were there Sunday bright and early taking down the old unit and by 5 they had the system up and running. very happy with the results and the service!

Steve M came out this morning and did a great job finishing up a preventive maintenance doing a high pressure water clean on our outside compressor coils - 2 units. We own a mobile home community in NE Alabama, so we deal daily with HVAC guys and plumbers. I know Steves HVAC education and experience now and Ive seen his work. I trust him to do a great job in the future for us. He also gave me a few tips on one of our primary HVAC drains that I will take care of myself. Because of his caring, good work and attitude, I will renew my annual service contract with Swan.This afternoon, Chris Brown came out to fix a bit of programming required on the new heat pump and air handler we just had installed yesterday. The Honeywell T6 thermostat needed to be giving our particular compressor a different code so that the compressor would come on instead of the strip heaters in the initial heat mode. He found the problem and got it working within minutes. Thanks Chris!21 Feb 2025Cristian V out today to recheck our new system from Swan. Temp has been in the teens and “Emergency Heat” was not available on the thermostat or iPhone app. He quickly diagnosed the issue and added it as a menu selection to the Honeywell T6 which allowed it to be added to the phone app automatically. He also helped by balancing the output air on 2 of the outputs. He was very helpful and thorough.

Found pvc pipe had replaced cast iron. All drains flow and no backup leaks. Wrote up an estimate for a leaking shower. Advised on the flow of other toilets to keep paper from collecting in the lines. I wish I had used these guys years ago.

They arrived as scheduled and quickly were able to resolve an issue I was having with an outdoor fan. Matt was super friendly, respectful, and informative. He and Jonathan took care of our plumbing needs and let me know what they were doing and how much everything would cost every step of the way. Steve came at the request of Matt to check out the AC. Steve also was excellent in his knowledge and explanations. We will be keeping Swans info for sure!

Drew and his team Andreas and Dillion were a great experience for us in the update of our electrical Board in our home. They were all very nice professional and worked in a team effort to get the job done. Clean up was great and follow up the next day for inspection was done as they said it would be. Thanks Guys great job!!!
