Ruben and his workers were AMAZING!! Very polite and professional. My ac was not cooling below 78 degrees until around midnight. They came out looked at the unit and then came back the next day with a new unit! I couldnt be happier with the service. This has been ongoing since last summer and I had used 2 different WELL KNOWN NAMED SERVICES and the problem was NEVER FIXED until I called these guys! Will DEFINITELY use them for anything future 😁

Ruben with SubCooling Air Services has been amazing. Our AC motor died last week, and he has been working with the parts distributor to go through a warranty claim. The Mfg doesnt have the part we need, so he is working on getting the entire furnace replaced through warranty. He always responds quickly to questions, and communicates all updates in a timely manner. I am so glad we chose SubCooling Air Services, and will absolutely be coming back if we ever need AC Services in the future.

They gave me a time they would be there and they were on time. Ruben was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed my problem and even thought about the next step if that wasn’t the primary problem. His first inclination was correct and I was up and running with the AC in 30 minutes. I don’t know who is happier me or my wife!

A problem with our heating cutting off before the thermostat setting was reach reared its head last last year. We managed to get through winter but the problem was worse. Not knowing who to call, we decided to give SubCooling Air Services a try because they were local. The owner responded actually earlier than he said he would. Even though he was young and a new owner of an HVAC company, and was most affable and polite, he got right down to business. Unfortunately, our heating unit was the last of its Bronze Age kind still operating and the part needed had to be special ordered, which could take up to 2 weeks to receive. Being faced with a blue norther cold front that was due to move into the area in a few days, I know that he was going to scrounge up a few space heaters to help take care of us in case it got cold before the part came. Luckily, the part came in just in time for the cold front. My hat is off to Ruben, not just for the outstanding service, but for ALSO leaving us with enough money to eat on for awhile!

These guys are the best! We had been using a previous big name company who came out 1-2 times a month and charged 400-500$ every time and it would break again every time… started feeling like that other company was scamming us when they came out saying we needed a whole new ac for 17k… We called SubCooling to come take a look in hopes of getting more answers or a better quote and we got education, information and repairs. These guys came in and actually explained issues and what to look for and how to address it, they replaced the actual part that was having the issue and now our AC runs properly and cools the house. Wish we had called them sooner honestly instead of the other company. Any further issues we have or when it comes time to replace the system we will call SubCooling hands down.

My A/C is only 3 years old and I wanted it checked because it was running a lot , more than normal. I called True Blue first and automatically they stated $125.00 min trip charge and pressured me into getting into one of their maintenance plans. I dont like pressure. I told the lady, I am just down the street in Royse City, she stated still $125.00 min trip charge. I decided to shop around. Called two others and one being SubCooling Air. Only $85.00 trip charge and I agreed. When Ruben got here, he inspected my A/C thermostat, upstairs machine and unit outside. Turns out the coolant was fine. It was the outside unit, the unit was the problem. It was so clogged, the machine was over working to keep the house cool. The unit has been making a very loud noise which verifies that motor was about to go out. He saved me from having to replace the outside unit! It needed to be cleaned bad. He changed out the motor to a new one and cleaned the unit. Waived the trip charge charge. Only charged for the motor and the unit cleaning! Highly recommend this guy and highly recommend shopping around before falling into the pressure of the bigger guys like True Blue. I almost fell for the pressure of monthly plans. Thank you Ruben, will call again if I ever need anything.
