TX Appliance Repair Service are so honest and knowledgeable. The appliance repairman was friendly, punctual and professional. He identified my Whirlpool washer issue within a few minutes of inspecting it. My washer had retained water from the cycle and wouldnt drain or spin. The appliance repair technician correctly identified that we needed a new lid switch. ( I know he was right because after he replaced it with a part from his truck, my washing machine worked again). I asked him to check the hose to see if it was going brittle as I had been using the washer in my San Antonio home for nearly a decade but he said it was in good condition and didnt need to be replaced. Even though I felt it was an emergency cause I didnt want standing water, I would have understood if TX Appliance Repair Service didnt feel the same way. But I really appreciated that they made the appointment for my washing machine asap. I would definitely hire this appliance repair company again in the future based solely on their honesty and results!

I was fairly new to Universal City and I was looking for an appliance repair company. I asked around to some neighbors and work friends and more often than not TX Appliance Repair of San Antonio was recommended. I called them and they were friendly and professional. I had them out to look at my dishwasher to see what needed to be repaired on it. The technician from TX Appliance Repair was able to diagnose the problem quickly and even had the part needed to repair it on the truck. The price was very affordable. I will continue to use TX Appliance Repair for all of my appliance repair needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for anything from oven/range repair to washer/dryer repair. The appliance repairman told me that TX Appliance Repair even offer small appliance repair like microwave or ice machine as well. Thanks again guys.

Juan was very professional and the price was more than reasonable. He repaired my fridge on site and even discovered a leaky water line hose. I highly recommend this company.
