I recently had the pleasure of working with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating on a plenum redesign and return addition to address static pressure issues in my HVAC system. Their service was exceptional from start to finish.The team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly assess my system and explain the necessary changes in a way that was easy to understand. The redesign of the plenum and the addition of a return have significantly improved the efficiency and performance of my HVAC system. The static pressures are now well within the optimal range, and I can already feel the difference in the airflow and overall comfort of my home.The technicians were punctual and respectful and left the work area spotless. This service call was for a semi-annual inspection of our HVAC system. The technician arrived In the time frame that was scheduled and was such a pleasant person to talk to. We had not been able to figure out how to update our thermostat and Johnny helped with that. Our system is less than a year old and we were told it is in top condition (heater) and to be sure to schedule a spring appointment for the a/c unit. We have been quite pleased with the folks, install and product that we purchased from One Hour. Thank you for the after-install care.

This is my first experience with Siegert One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. I was impressed immediately when I called to see about them coming out. Ann, was so nice and very professional. They were able to fit me in within the hour. The technician, Eden, was quite friendly and easy to talk to. He immediately knew what the issue was with the ac unit. He fixed it immediately and now its working just fine! They now have a repeat customer! Also, their service fee to come out and diagnose the unit was exactly one half of what the first company I called! I highly recommend this company!

It ended up being a complicated issue and the entire system had to be replaced. I cant say enough good things about this company. They have consistently provided us with excellent service by friendly, knowledgeable technicians. The technicians stick with the job until it is resolved, and return quickly if parts are ordered. We recently received a brand new unit as ours was still under warranty. As Comfort Club members, we underwent our winter service call. The serviceman (Ali) did a very thorough inspection—replaced the UV bulb that protects against mold, heat checked the furnace, cleared the drain line, cleaned the flame sensor, inspected flu and gas pipes, replaced main filter, and recommended replacement of household carbon monoxide alarms. Did a heat check on the heat pump unit for our addition, flushed the drain line, checked the capacitor, inspected supply plenum and return, replaced filter, checked UV bulb. Both systems were deemed working properly. We can sleep at night knowing everything is A-1. We’ve been happy Siegert customers for over 25 years!

I had them install a new A/C system in 2021. They did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier. Recently, I had the blower motor go out on me during one of the hottest days. They responded quickly, but their communications need improving. They didnt have the part and had to order it. Told me worst case scenario it would take two days to get it. Didnt tell me that it didnt include the weekend. I had to wait 4 days to get the part and fix the AC. They did loan me a window unit and that was the only way I survived. They are really nice guys and they try their best. I would recommend them even so. Also, the new part was on warranty, but it still was an inconvenience. This is the best AC company Ive dealt with here in College Station.

Had a problem with my heater not heating the house during this extended 3 to 4 day freeze. To make matters worse my wife was home sick in a 55 degree house and I was frozen in at my Ranch. I called Siegert’s One hour Heating and AC and to my surprise they were able to send someone right over! Roger showed up and replaced my filter (that I had neglected to change) and reset the heater. It was heating better but still not Great. Ended up having to turn up the speed on the fan from low to medium to get enough warm air flowing to get the downstairs warm again. Nice and toasty inside now! It took two visits but they only charged me for the first one. I have never used them before but will definitely use them in the future! The best A/C service in BCS. Come out in 30 minutes. Great prices and excellent service. Replaced evaporator, furnace, and plenum with all new connection, vent pipes, insulation, and new gas lines for the furnace. Did not know how bad my system looked until I saw the new one in its place. Even put styrofoam blocks under the unit so it does not vibrate. Unit is so quiet you barely hear it run in the house. Also cleaned up and hauled all material away. Checked vents in house to make sure all air was flowing. Have been getting A/C work done here in the BV for decades and never had CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE ONE HOUR.Great job and will continue to use.

Siegert One Hour performs twice a year checks on our HVAC system as part of the service package installing a new system. At the most recent check mold was found in the supply lines. With the extent of the mold, the lines needed to be replaced. Those lines were replaced up to the end of the growth. Three gentlemen removed then replaced the lines in about 5 hours. They were excellent! They cleaned up as they went, built new lines and did a test of the system. They were very professional.

Edit: Changed to 4 stars instead of original 2 because they finally came and fixed the previous work done.TL;DR: Do NOT get their warranty and shop around for other quotes to compare - expensive and high possibility that work is defective.I was really hoping this company would do something to fix the issue but Ive given them 5 chances already and they either are unwilling to, or unable to. In June 2021 I decided to get a new AC unit and entirely new ductwork. It was extremely pricey and I also got the $600 parts and labor warranty that covers the diag[nostic] fee during normal business hours [...] all parts and labor for 10 years. Just not any Freon that is needed for a repair. I pay a little over $12,000 for everything (which I later find out when protesting my property tax is much more expensive than normal according to the board, just a heads up to shop around). I would be okay with the higher price if it solved all my issues, but this was just the start of my problems.A little while later we notice the AC vent in the ceiling is dripping water onto the carpet and leaving a water stain in the ceiling. I call and they send someone out who looks around and just says everything is fine, to let everything dry out and call if it happens again. Well...it happens again, and we call and the second guy comes out and says the exact same thing, this time with a little dismissive attitude to be honest, like me and my husband are crazy despite the carpet being wet and the ceiling showing water stains. Each time the techs also inferred I would be charged, which I didnt appreciate as I mentioned I had the warranty, and while I wasnt billed in the end, I did not like guessing if it would be honored or not (which also, would have been a breach of warranty and contract under law, look up Texas Deceptive Practices Act).The third time this happened we just had the ceiling painted and I lost it when the allegedly fine AC started dripping water again, and directly texted the owner explaining that I was fed up. Well, he finally sends someone else over and they discover the pan to catch the condensate was too small and installed incorrectly...all this after multiple techs came and essentially gaslighted us saying everything was in fine working order.But I am leaving this review because now, nearly a year later since the tray was installed, the AC vent has started leaking yet again after we had the ceiling painted yet again on my own dime when really this should never had happened if they had installed the pan correctly. They send a tech and, you guessed it, they say the AC is in perfect condition, the drain line is not clogged, the pan is fine, etc. and simply say it is because I did not change the filter (which I actually did recently!). So, here I am with a puddle in my carpet and newly water-stained ceilings for the third time in 3 years since getting the new, overpriced, AC and ductwork. Oh, and apparently my warranty is no longer valid because I did not have a maintenance check from them within the last 6 months (my last was February 2023 and it is now September), which was not stated ANYWHERE on the piece of paper I was given that showed I had the warranty. I may or may not seek compensation for damages depending on the costs to repair the AC and the ceiling.I give them 2 stars because the owner is responsive and prior maintenance check techs were friendly, but when it comes to the cost, diagnosing issues, and quality work, I really cant recommend them after this saga.

Had One Hour come out last summer and check out our HVAC system (that we knew needed to be replaced when we bought the house the year before). Preston came out, dressed professional and actually a little ahead of schedule (which was great with me because I had somewhere to be later that afternoon). I explained to him some of the minor issues inspection had with the system and he fixed them within 30 minutes while testing the system in depth. System still running great and all work was complete within 30 minutes. Preston even went above and beyond and alerted me to some water leakage he noticed out of my water heater while he was inspecting the HVAC. Great company and would recommend.

Great service. Called my usual AC company for repair of what I was certain was a capacitor at my church. Told a week for appointment. Called Siegert on a Saturday afternoon- in one hour the tech had met me, confirmed my suspicion, and replaced the capacitor. Now, a no sweat Sunday school!
