Super happy with this business. I called with an issue on my MRCool unit. As soon as I described what is going on, he asked me a couple of questions. Told me it sounded like I need to clean my filters. He was right. Didnt charge me a penny even after I told him to send me a bill for the phone call. He could have come out and got me with a service charge, but didnt. Total respect. -
