It was time to retire my 21 year old attic furnace + outside condenser. Got 3 bids. Best was Rotex. Ask for Miguel in pics below. You will see brand new duct work, 4 ton Amana 2 stage 17 SEER laying down on its side ( old one was upright, by the way better to lay down and the 2 stage is much quieter), GREEN light on top of unit is surge protector, you will see large supply/intake plenums so that your AC can breath without suffocation. Also 2 (two) blow out primary drain lines - most people put in one. The most important - good quality/hard working people at an affordable price $$ + great financing ( 0% over 24 months). Ask for Miguel F.

Miguel and his crew did an amazing job replacing our A/C with an affordable price. They were very professional, efficient, courteous, timely, and answered all of our questions. Miguel worked with us to find the best solution to meet our needs. They came out one day to check everything, the next to install the A/C, furnace, insulation, and all new vent covers, and followed up the next day on all of the work. They kept everything clean while working, and Miguel even came back after the installation was complete to check on all the work to ensure it was done properly. The A/C works amazingly. I can’t recommend them enough!! We’ve used Rotex for two houses. Miguel came out quickly, provided quotes on the spot, had different financing options if needed, and they installed quickly and did a great job. Our first house was just a simple replacement but our second house needed all new ducting, air return, additional vents, and more insulation in the attic.The first time we used them they came out on Saturday and installed Monday. The second time, I called Thursday morning, they came Thursday afternoon to assess, gave the quote right then, and installed the following day! It was 100+ degrees outside when we replaced the second one so I appreciated their sense of urgency.Both times they’ve come out, given a quote, and installed before other companies even responded with a quote. Rotex happened to be lower than the other quotes both times!!I highly recommend them. Miguel’s number is saved in my phone and I’ll be calling again soon for our third house!

After years of dealing with imbalanced air distribution in our home, we contacted Rotex AC & Heating. Wed previously had two other companies assess our system, but they offered no solutions to our ongoing issues. The thermostat was set at 73°F, yet the actual temperature in the home was 78°F with 83% humidity, and the airflow between rooms was always inconsistent.Miguel from Rotex came out the same day we called for a free evaluation. Unlike the previous companies, Miguel thoroughly inspected our system and identified the real problem: damaged plenums with cracks, holes, and moisture. He explained that the original builder used low-grade materials, leading to inefficiencies over time. Miguel recommended replacing the plenums and ductwork. His explanation made complete sense given the imbalances in the airflow between rooms.The technicians were incredibly professional, arriving early at 6:45 a.m. to start the work and finishing by 11:30 a.m. They used drop cloths to protect our floors and took care to leave everything clean. Once the new ductwork was installed, they checked the system to ensure airflow was properly balanced. We now have dedicated ducts for each upstairs room, which has made a world of difference.Overall, Rotex exceeded our expectations. They provided a thorough solution where others didnt and were professional throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Rotex AC & Heating for their expertise, transparency, and excellent service.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My AC went out after a massive storm and I got quotes from 4 different companies the following day. Miguel came to my place on behalf of Rotex and gave me BY FAR the cheapest quote out of the four, and he went above and beyond to explain everything to me as simply as possible. He then went even further to include multiple free upgrades including a better thermostat than the basic model, and a UV air purifier. FOR FREE. Id give more stars if I could. Absolutely wonderful service.

The quote and estimates were completely free, and the other companies wanted to charge a fee just to look at the system. Great experience with Rotex for the install of a new HVAC system! I called in the morning, and Miguel and Ricardo were out the same day to evaluate my system. They were able to quickly identify inefficiencies and make suggestions for improvements. During the same visit, they gave pricing on a few different options and talked through their approach to solving the problems we were experiencing.On the day of the install, Miguel arrived with the team right on schedule. They put down covers to keep the floor and nearby furniture clean. As they setup the outside unit, they asked for feedback to make sure the location was acceptable. They wrapped up the install same day and did a final walkthrough of the system and provided maintenance tips before leaving. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

I hired Rotex AC and Heating to replace our ducts, evaporator, and furnace – basically everything in our attic – and my husband and I could not be happier with the work. The price was very reasonable and Miguel and his crew were great to work with. I really appreciated their attention to detail. They even took care of a couple of small things that weren’t part of the work we originally discussed, and after the work was finished, Miguel explained to me how we could maintain it easily ourselves. As a bonus, they moved the equipment and tied the ducts to the rafters so that we got a lot more attic access. I’d hire them again!

Oscar was so good at explaining what needed to be done, answering all of my questions and personalizing the plan according to my needs and the architecture of my home. Everyone was nice to me, from the girl on the phone to Oscar, to the guys who came and installed the unit and ducts, also the guy who came later to install the insulation. First and foremost they sent over a consultant, Luis, and he was very knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to know about my next steps into the process. That was a big part in my decision to go forward and give them my business. I replaced my entire ac system and during that process he sent over his crew and the crew of guys working were incredibly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. They did an amazing job. Once they finished they explained everything they did from start to finish. They answered any questions I had and before leaving asked if I had any other remaining questions or concerns. They also reassured me that if I had any issues or questions later on to not hesitate and contact them. They gave me names of whom I could speak to. Even after that Luis came by the next day to go over the work the guys did to ensure the best quality and service. Rotex A/C is everything you want in an HVAC company. They do great work, are honest and show up on time. I definitely recommend them.In terms of more specifics: Rotex helped us replace both sets of our Lennox evaporator coils (with a brand that actually works...). One coil stopped working late last year, and the other just started leaking in the spring this year. In both instances, we had Rotex come out. Our technician (Eddy Torres) is just absolutely fantastic. On both jobs, he was responsive, professional and communicative about what he was doing and what the problems were. He was also very vigilant about making sure our warranty on the new coils got emailed to us.The one thing I might note is that you might have to leave a message with the front office line, but theyll definitely call you back.

I recommend this company. The prices compared to other companies are very good. They have payment options, if you have good credit you can get 0 interest for 18 months to 24 months. Honestly, I was a little disappointed because when the guys came to do the installation they didnt cover anything so it wouldnt get dirty, only part of the floor. Unfortunately I had to complain, but I got a quick response and I feel that my opinion counts. It seems that the owners or managers of the company are very professional and make sure that the client is happy and 100% satisfied. Which very few companies care about. They surprised me with the attention they pay to the customer and try to correct their mistake. I had originally given it 3 stars, but now Im making sure to change it. Many thanks to the entire team.
