I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received from my technician Tyler, and how grateful I am for the time and effort he spent in diagnosing the issue with my furnace. 3 other technicians from a different company had come to my house, their visits were brief, and their assessment was incorrect each time. Tyler spent a few hours at my home, thoroughly assessing the problem. Several times, he took time to talk to me and explain what he had found. It was a difficult issue to uncover, but he was able to figure it out and fix the problem. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very polite and personable. He is an amazing representation of your company, and I hope that he receives the appreciation and recognition that he deserves. I am extremely grateful to him, and feel very fortunate that he was the technician that came to my home. Thank you again Tyler. I will definitely remain a customer, and will recommend Quality to my family and friends. In addition, the price I paid was very reasonable.

Not only were they able to get out to the house quickly, they were professional and did a great job to correct the issue and restore our plumbing supply back to the house! I needed to get quotes on having my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned so I called Quality Cooling & Heating. They had Nate come out to give me a quote the very next day! Nate was professional, thorough and very respectful of my property. Nate gave us four different quotes and explained everything well. He even returned my husband’s call to answer his questions personally and on the same day! Since we have not yet decided which quote to take, this review is only in reference to setting the appointment and my interaction with Nate. When we decide what work we will have done, I’ll review the quality of the job.

We have had AWFUL luck with contractors, despite 5 ⭐️ reviews (My roof was replaced in August due to a tornado & is now leaking again). I was so anxious due to my experiences I had put off replacing my units (they went out during the 2021 ice storm) that I have used window ACs & space heaters for 4 years. My power bills have skyrocketed due to this, so I finally decided I needed to pull the trigger. This has been the best experience. It was less than a week from the time I called to the time both units were replace & vents were cleaned! The guys were amazing, super sweet with my 2yo granddaughter & great with making sure my son’s cats weren’t let out. Pricing was the same as other companies we got quotes from 3-4 years ago & it included a 10 warranty & 7 service plan, which was additional! With that said, I HIGHLY recommend Quality Cooling & Heating. I truly appreciate everything they have done!

I was fortunate enough to have Daniel Weimer and his crew recently install a new air conditioner & furnace. They did incredible work. Dan went the extra mile, building out a new platform for the furnace to reposition it and significantly reduce the noise level and deliver heat more efficiently. They finished the job within two days - including replacing all the ductwork. I am very pleased with the result. This company really lives up to its name - QUALITY!!

This is my first experience with Quality Cooling and Heating. From my initial phone call with Chelsea to Nate coming to tune up my heating unit for the winter…..the customer service is exceptional! Awesome! Nate came and did the Air Quality Inspection. He was very thorough, taking pictures and then sitting with me and explaining the results. He then gave me options to solve the issue in my system. I made my choice and am looking forward to having the work done in less than a week. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling. From the very first phone call everyone was nothing but kind and courteous. Even in the hottest month of summer they were able to make it to our house on a Saturday night to diagnose our system and set us up to make it until we could get it replaced. Dan saw issues with our duct work that no one had noticed before and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. My favorite part of the whole experience was the text I got when Dan was on his way that included a picture of him and some personal and professional background information. As a mom who lives out in the country the set my mind at ease about having a stranger to my home. The price was about normal for a new inside and outside unit, but the service and staff were above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working, these men got the job done with all the efficiency of a well oiled machine all while being the most friendly and down to earth people I’ve met in the service industry in a long time. If you are looking for the BEST HVAC business this is it! Look no further, they literally saved my life and my 5 year old’s life. I smelled smoke one day and I thought it was just something in my head or catching someone’s smoke from outside, but then my daughter mentioned it as well. So I called Quality Cooling & Heating to come out and Tyler came out and sure enough our builders contractors didn’t install our conversion kit on the unit properly and it’s been on fire for 2-3 years now and the soot built up so much from the previous flames that now it’s catching on fire and staying lit after the propane flame goes out. We had to shut down the heater (of course on one of the coldest days of the year so far) and they followed up with texts and calls to check in on us, the next day we got the parts to fix it and now it’s running great and I don’t have to stress or have anxiety about a fire and or explosion in our home that could potentially have taken a life.

I had Dan come out on September 3rd since my AC had stopped working and another local HVAC company was giving me headaches. I originally gave Dan what the other company told me what the issue was and after an hour of troubleshooting Dan was able to find the issue. The diagnosis from that other company was miles away from what Dan found and if I hadnt call Quality Cooling & Heating then Id probably be sitting in the heat right now.These guys are pricey, but their experience is worth it. They know their stuff and know how to troubleshoot properly instead of guessing.10/10 - These guys are my go to

A few months ago I fired AirTron and hired Quality Cooling & Heating in Georgetown TX. Best decision I ever made. Their service personnel are by far the most professional, personal, courteous, and thorough I’ve ever met. As part of my fall semi annual service, they even emailed me about 10 pictures of every measurement this did on every part of my system; never seen any other service company do that. They deserve 5 stars plus!Another semi-annual maintenance service on Oct 3, 2024. Once again Balde and the company surpassed our expectations.

These guys are certified professionals that know what to look for and how to fix it. They were very quick to get me a new furnace replacement when temp was in the 40s. Nate was the technician who performed my HVAC assessment for the summer. He was professional and informed me about all the concerns he found, how critical they were, and things I should keep in mind to help extend the life of my unit. He didnt push me to purchase any of the maintenance required for my unit and provided me with multiple service options and prices. There were a few items I asked about regarding additional equipment Im interested in, and he was humble enough to acknowledge he didnt know all the details since it was outside of his area of expertise. However, he did mention he would ask internally and provide me with the information I requested. Highly recommend!!

Just had my annual cooling inspection performed by Tyler and as usual I remain impressed with his and Quality Heating and Coolings services.Tyler and his crew came out shortly after my purchase of the house last summer and helped me resolve a cooling performance issue, ran a new line from the supply plenum, replaced a TXV and made sure the near 10 year old system was in as good shape as could be expected.During the annual inspection we found that system performance has no remained or exceeded the manufacture specs. Quality cooling and heating are professional and super friendly. Rudy was great and incredibly knowledgeable and several of our neighbors used this company in the summer of 2023 and were very happy, their only complaint was that it was pricey. We had several companies come to our home to give us quotes as we’re trying to find the most feasible and cost conscious solution. I’d say that Rudy definitely knew his way around all aspects of the process not just the AC unit, he also knew a great deal about ductwork, return air, insulation, furnace, air balancing, he took thermal images, checked inside the existing ducts and what it would take to move an extra ton of air through our duct system. We were planning to move up .5 or 1 ton because of how the weather just keeps getting hotter each yea in Texas but he recommended to replace the ductwork and add additional insulation over some areas which would mean we’d stay at a 3 ton system and we were given quotes for that. They have a great financing program in house and offer discounts during cold seasons and for veterans. Ultimately we decided to go with a competing company because they worked really well with our situation and found a custom solution to fit my family’s needs.

Quality Cooling and Heating is an excellent company their services are above my expectations.Our air conditioning unit wasnt cooling our house down enough, and despite trying everything from watching YouTube tutorials to doing basic fixes, I couldnt figure out what was wrong. The refrigerant line kept freezing up. I decided to call for professional help and found Quality Cooling and Heating services. Their response was quick - I called on Thursday evening and they came out immediately on Friday morning. The services offered include appointment confirmation, technician tracking with a photo, background check, and bio information.The gentlemen who arrived, Tyler and Riley, were very aware and responsive to my situation. After I showed them exactly where the unit and thermostat were located, they went right to work. They updated me on every problem they found and concluded that, while they understood the situation, we probably needed to repair or replace the unit. They were kind enough to even make a phone call to ensure that our unit was registered for warranty. Tyler and Riley even offered to send out their Sr technician for a second opinion, which I appreciated.Balde, the Sr technician, was very knowledgeable and came out to explain more in detail about the unit and what to look for in the future. He also offered options for repair or purchasing a new unit. I appreciated the honesty of this company, and the fact that they were very patient with my family and explained everything that was going on with our AC unit. They even offered AC window units for the weekend so that we wouldnt be hot while waiting for the repair.Daniel and Sam came out Tuesday for the repair and did an awesome job - the AC unit is now cooling great. They told me everything I need to do to keep the unit working properly and also ensured that we maintain proper maintenance yearly.I highly recommend this company for its professional and excellent service. They are a reliable choice any day.

Called the company at 830, Colby was at my house by 10 am. He was able to identify the issue and fix it within 10 minutes. Thankfully it was an easy fix this time, but due to the response and apparent dependability of this company I will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs. Very professional, prompt, courteous and understanding. Balde was here for maintenance check on my system and when I told him what it was doing, he was happy to look in to the issue. Once a diagnosis was made he showed me all of my options and went over them and explained the differences between each one. He was not an high pressure sales person, but helped me make the best choice. Excellent service. I recommend Quality Cooling for all AC needs. I believe their technicians as well as office staff and owners really care about their customers and will do everything in their power to provide excellent service. No other AC company has ever come close to meeting the high standards these guys have. I have been with Quality Cooling for several years and they will always be whom I call for AC & Heating needs. Tyler showed up right on time. I arrived ten minutes after he came to my house and he was already done with the repair when I got there. He answered all of my questions and had some casual chats while he was double checking that my AC was blowing cool air. He was a super nice, knowledgeable, and professional guy. I cant say enough good things about Quality Cooling and Heating. I called 10 AC repair companies that said they had 24 hour emergency service. Several told me I would receive a call back - which did not happen until the next day. Balde from Quality Cooling and Heating was the ONLY one who actually called us back. He showed up when he said he would be here and he was super nice and professional the whole time. Luckily, our problem was a simple one and he had our AC repaired quickly. No one wants to lose their AC in the middle of summer and I dont think anyone wants to wait until the next day when it is already hot in their house. I was very impressed with the follow through from Balde and the courtesy call to let me know when he could arrive. He was up front with the pricing as well so we knew what to expect for emergency service. We have our maintenance plan with another company but after receiving such great service from Balde, we plan to switch it as soon as the one we have expires. I would definitely recommend this company for all your needs, whether it is an emergency or not!

The overall company experience was great, from scheduling appointment all the way to checkout. They were pretty good with their time estimates and updating me via phone and texts. Tyler, the technician, was very professional. He gave me a thorough report of his findings and answered all my questions as clearly as possible. About five years ago, we downsized to an older home built in 1978. In 2019 we decided to replace the existing Trane heat pump with a newer more energy efficient unit. From the time the new unit was installed until now, weve had continuous issues with both cooling and heating including complete outages whenever outside conditions were extreme. Previous attempts to remedy the situation, including having the original duct work completely replaced, were ineffective and costly.We decided to try again and got several bids but decided to go with Quality A/C because Colby was able to look at our existing system and explain exactly why it wasnt working and how it could be fixed.Daniel and his crew came out and made all of the recommended changes/additions and...It finally works!! He and his crew were great. They were knowledgeable, always courteous and prompt and never minded taking the time to explain everything they were doing.Im very happy with the results and with the company and all of the employees I had contact with.

My ac quit in the middle of the night on a Friday. Cody came out Saturday morning to fix it. It was old and the part was not available. They were back in an hour with a temp unite to get us cool until they could get back with new equipment at no charge Awesome! They replaced my condenser and evaporator coil today. Had an emergency HVAC issue with an immediate service response from the team at Quality Cooling and Heating. Colby, a friendly and knowledgeable 25yr expert quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor, not with just an OEM one, but with a beefier design w/5yr warranty.This is important because when the capacitor failed, the compressor fan failed leading to overheating the compressor and triggering the thermal switch to protect it. After applying cold water to the capacitor and letting it cool down, it fired back up. This could have been costly if it failed, but thanks to expertise of Colby, he reassured me that it be fine and it was! Superb professional! Initially, the earliest appointment Quality had was for the next day, so we elected to secure an appointment after hours and pay the emergency fee. We had an issue with our AC, so I found Quality C&H and submitted a service request through their website. I got a call about 30 minutes later, spoke to a very professional and friendly gentleman to discuss the issue. About 60 seconds after the call, I got a text from the dispatcher notifying me of the technicans availability and I confirmed via text. This was the smoothest and most convenient process Ive ever experienced. About an hour later, Colby showed up. Professional, to the point, and provided full disclosure (HONEST SERVICE!). At the implication that the repair *could* be costly, we decided to try to go through the home warranty. After Colby left, we thought about our options and decided to go with Quality due to their professionalism and honesty. Colby is representative of a true a professional, and came back out the very next day and got us fixed and verified in less than 45 minutes. The whole experience was such a pleasure and breath of fresh air, as service calls to the home for ANY reason can be very stressful, as you never know who is going to show up and what kind of service youll get. Quality took great strides in ensuring that we were serviced quickly, and even sent some info about our technician before he arrived so that we knew who to expect. We signed up for the bi-annual service because we were so impressed and we feel most comfortable with them keeping us cool this summer. Thank you guys!!

Our outside unit was not powering on and it was after 9 pm. I called the handful of repair people that were local to me and Quality Heating and Cooling were the only ones who answered my call. Colby said he could not come that evening, but would the next day. I said great, no problem. About 30 min later he texted and said he could come now!! He came out within the hour and spotted the issue immediately. He had the part with him and fixed it. He was very professional and experienced. I would definitely recommend and I will be keeping their number handy for any future issues! A+++

First, I called late one afternoon and Quality managed to get a technician to my house within 30 minutes. I know timing is everything, but still impressive. He diagnosed a bad blower motor quickly, determined our warranty status and ordered a new motor. When the new motor arrived, two new techs came to install it and had some issues dismantling the bad motor due to rust but stayed with it and got it resolved. All the techs were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Quality Cooling & Heating for your HVAC repair needs.
