    Man!!! I cant say enough about Puro Mobile Mechanics in Dallas...I was in shock that they got my classic car up & running after being in shop after shop that gets very costly & alot of mechanics do not know how to work on classic cars. A different mobile mechanic started a small fire in my car!!! A different mechanic STOLE my car & I found it so of course I was very concerned about mechanics after that. He came to MY place & stayed till everything was working & finally starting with NO problems and driving perfectly!!! I had ZERO issues with them staying late bcz they WANTED to finish & didnt ask for no extra $$$ for a rush job situation bcz I was getting it ready for a video at that time. He got it RIGHT in ONE day at a price that beat the everyone else. Ive had other shops quote me $hundreds just for a simple p.m. Some told me they wont even touch my car bcz they dont know how to work on it or its a liability. Im so glad I found them bcz now I dont have to worry about towing or going to shops ever again. They will be the ONLY ones working on my vehicles from now on. Ive sent everyone I know to him & I probably shouldnt have bcz now hes hard to get...thats a GOOD sign that speaks for itself when you got to book an appointment in advance bcz everybody wants you...lol.Services included:::Steering wheel replaced, dash board back on bcz the mechanic that stole it had it all ripped completely off & the dashboard was laying in the floor. Electrical lines replaced, new fuses, installed push button start, oil change & filter, spark plugs, plug wires, filters inside(cabin) & fuel filter, transmission flush & fill, inside door handle replaced, back light bulbs & housing replacement, new glass headlamps in front, radiator hoses, carbuerator p.m, new brakes, new belts, new battery with new terminal cables, greased the pins & installed new alternator and starter.

    Puro Mobile Repair Service is incredible! Cant recommend them enough! They are VERY knowledgeable, responsive, quick with service, and reasonably priced. We own a food truck and they always go above and beyond to help us and get us up and running as quickly as possible. Theyre worked on our engine, electric, plumbing system and more.     This is a late review, but I can’t recommend him enough, he was incredibly honest and truthful and even offered to see if my carmax coverage would cover the cost of a repair for free instead of having to pay him to repair it for me! (It ended up being covered!)As a woman, I often feel scammed by mechanics but he didn’t make me feel stupid and I didn’t feel slighted. Just a great person doing honest work!

    I could not get anyone out to assist with a leaking water pump placed on my vehicle by a previous mechanic, which charged me $3K and damaged the parts forcing them on and literally messed up threading and a leaking water pump and timing belt needed replaced. I found Puro Mobile called them s/w Owner Marcel. Service is EXCELLENT and outstanding, very professional, there work is not a quick fix, they will educate you on the circumstance, go over the problem with you, PRICES ARE VERY RESONABLE....extremely communicative, the Owner Marcel and his right hand man Rico are extremely great people and serves there customers whole heartedly, they will go out of their way to find parts as well. Very satisfied customer they have my business for life.❤️

    Our car broke down in Dallas and Marcel came right out in a timely manner to fix a serpentine belt. He actually replaced the pulley as well because it had burned up and didnt charge us extra for the extra work.Best experience Ive had with a mechanic as he was personable , informational and efficient.     I wish the all mechanics was as nice and genuine at this mechanic! He actually arrived early to fix my car.. He not only fix my car problems such as my radiator, fan assembly, alternator, and brakes but he even looks for others issues in which he could correct. He cares about the longevity of your vehicle, your experience, and whether you will call him back. I really appreciate that type of service.

    My 2012 Kia Soul just died in the garage with no notice. Contacted Puro Mobile Mechanics to see if they could repair. Marcel came out and worked on diagnosing the issue. Determined it was a problem with the plugs/coils. I ordered the needed parts and Marcel came back out to install after I received them. The car started and everything checked out. He charged a very fair price for the diagnosis and repairs. I will definitely use him again if I encounter car troubles again in the future. Enjoyed his honesty and work ethic.

    I have had the best experience ever with this business. They were on time. Professional, knowledgeable. Mr. Ricardo, came to fix my care the first time for a thermostat change. He did an awesome job fast too. My 2nd experience was an alternator change. He even took me to pick up the exchange part!! WOW. THEN he showed me how to replace it and how to install my headlights. Oh its more, after the 2nd job, my car was still not running right. He came BACK, checked the car AGAIN. Found the problem and fixed it with no problem. Also Mr. Ricardo, found another part I need for my car, this man took time out of his day to research what was going on with my car. Im so grateful to have found this mechanic. As long as I am in a area he can get to I WILL ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER.

    Marcell is the go 2 mobile Machanic. I got a quote from another guy for 1100 and I hung up. Marcell called me said he could come by did the diagnostic which was a process of elimination. After 3 trips to the part store he had the issue resolved. Going to the part store saved me $785.00 cause when diagnosing misfires on fords it could be several things. But this brother was patient and advised me not to waste my $$ on possibly this or that. Let’s do one part find out if it’s this then address it. He is my new go to mobile auto tech!!!
