    What a great company! They post great helpful videos to combat small needs that don’t really require their services. This helps me save money. That way I have plenty of funds to pay for the bigger jobs. Quick to answer the phone. Helpful and friendly staff. Darren saved me from having a noisy bathroom toilet and a sink leaking at work.

    Excellent work completed. My plumbing was not a huge issue as I had thought! Had been having issues for some 5 to 6 month several Plumbing Companies have been out but none fixed the actual issue. Plumber found my problem in what seemed like seconds & completed the needed repairs! I found the Plumber to be friendly and confident. Very fair in pricing!!!!! I will sure use them again when the needed. Give them a try, ... ya wont be sorry!

    Dustin and Josh were systematic, thorough and efficient in finding and fixing the problem. Above all they were very pleasant and courteous. The Company is also very fair, they really take into account the just value of work done and not blindly bill you what was initially quoted (in my case, actual invoice was significantly lower than the initial quote).I am a very happy customer and would definitely go back to Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing issues in my home in Beaumont.

    Broke a hose bib which was leaking into my garage wall, called Plumbing Solutions told them I needed someone to come out ASAP, someone was at my home in less than 1 hour! Now that is SERVICE!!The plumber was excellent and very polite, did an awesome job correcting to screwed up way the home builder install the original water line!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I personally wont use any other Plumbing Company!!

    I contacted this company on Wednesday, 12/28/2022, and they said that they may not be able to come out until Monday, 01/02/2023. However, they were able to come out on Friday, 12/30/2022 and were able to fix the leaks and pipes that broke during the freeze. They were professional and courteous and best of all, affordable. I was terrified that it was going to be super expensive, but it was very reasonable. The repairs were done and Dustin and Waylon did a fantastic job with a confidence that assured me that it was done well. I am convinced this company is both professional and strong in their convictions to do a great job. Thats what they did, a great job. They came by today to repair a leak that re-appeared. 03/08/2023. Very Professional and they did not charge me for this one. I am so very grateful for their excellent service and attention. Different guys came this time, same professionalism. GREAT SERVICE

    Dustin and Jacob were polite, courteous, and respectful. They did a wonderful job fixing all of our plumbing needs. Everything not only works great but looks good too. We would definitely recommend Plumbing Solutions to anybody that has all types of plumbing issues. Should we require future needs, hopefully we can request this two professionals then. After today we must say the excavator’s did and excellent job tunneling under our slab and replacing everything. The clean up looked as if nothing happened.

    Plumbing Solutions came highly recommended to us, and I’m so glad we called them. After thorough testing, Daren, the owner, determined that we had a slab leak. When Dustin and Waylon came out to do the repair, they quickly pinpointed the exact location of the leak and were able to fix it in less time than we thought it would take. They were very professional, polite, and highly skilled plumbers. Even the area where sheetrock had to be cut out was neat and tidy after they left. Happy to say we’ve finally found our go to plumber.

    We discovered a busted pipe behind our shower wall late in the evening. I called Plumbing Solutions and they were so kind and professional. Daren walked me through shutting the water off at the main line and assured me he would have someone there first thing in the morning. They were able to remove my shower wall, replace the leaking pipe and return the bathtub surround without damaging it.     My sewer line was completely stopped and not draining all weekend following heavy rains. When I called Monday morning, the receptionist/dispatcher, Ashley, was very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. She gathered all the details and said they did not have any openings that day but would check with her boss and see if they could rearrange some calls. She called me back within 10 minutes with a scheduled time that day. The technicians who arrived were very courteous and professional.     Dustin with Plumbing Solutions is Fantastic! He is a very pleasant, very experienced Plumber. He called before arriving to my home to ensure that there had been no change in my scheduled appointment. Dustin arrived early and listened very intently to the plumbing problems I was having with a bathroom vanity faucet, and a leaking shower panel system. Dustin diagnosed both problems very quickly and explained what I needed to fix the faucet leak and offered me multiple options. When diagnosing the leak from my shower panel system, Dustin again found the problem very quickly, was able to immediately fix the leak. Dustin has an incredible work ethic, hes very honest and ensured that all of my questions were answered. I will always ask for Dustin with Plumbing Solutions.

    They made a same day appointment in the afternoon which was huge first of all. They repaired a broken valve under the sink very quickly. My slow drain couldnt be fixed today but they made every attempt to clear it. The problem turned out to be further underground. They will bid the job soon.     This is an awesome company that is full of kind hardworking men. Their crew found me stranded in a parking lot with a flat tire, stopped to help by replacing it with my spare, and asked for nothing in return. At that time I asked for a business card, knowing I happen to need plumbing services at the time. A crew came out today and exceeded my expectations! They found things in just a few short minutes that several plumbers preceding were unable to diagnose. I will definitely call them from now on with all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
