Our MrCool mini split stopped heating just before previous cold spell. We ordered some refrigerate and charged the unit. It worked for 2 days and then no heat. I called Perfect Aire late Friday and had a technician here Monday. The tech was Dustin and he almost froze while working on the unit, 2nd cold spell had come in. He recharged the unit and it lasted a day, today was his 3rd time here.The unit had one of those mysterious leaks that mini splits that notorious for. Seems the white wrapping insulation cause a break down in the copper line. The leak was in the copper line which Dustin replaced. Unit has been recharged and is running fine.I am very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely will use them again.

Wow... What Awesome company! First when I called I need to get a second opinion on my Heater.I was told that my Heater & part of my Air condition that hook up to my heater need to be completely replace $ cost total was $ 12, 000.00 I Have HWA insurance on all of my household appliances & etc.When the Lady answered phone she was very polite & listen to me & I appreciate her professional way she handle my situation. The Gentleman that came out was Dustin Everett. Wow he blew me away how knowledgeable he was with Heater & Air conditioning & Thermostat.He let me know there was no leaking of carbon dioxide into my house & I did not need to replace my heater , just a heating strip & the Thermostat and he let me know the other company service man took off part of my A/ C & turn it back wards. It sad when you get a certification from Houston For Ac & Heating & they pull this on a Elderly disabled Women. It cost less than $500.00 to fix everything.So very greatful to this young Man for his guidance & honesty & professional experience. He was a very good Christian Man, i thank Yahweh for sending him to help me. I will always use Perfect Air.

Ive used Perfect Air for a number of years. They would come out and service my antiquated obsolete ac unit, nurse it along to keep me comfortable, and help me save money. Around ten years ago, they finally replaced the evaporator. Never judging me, knowing that money was the only reason that I didnt replace the whole unit. A few years back, they replaced the thermostat. Keeping the old unit serviced and running. The time came that the outside unit finally died beyond repair. Who would I call? The ones who have worked with me all these past years. They came out and gave me a bid. The crew that came out to do the job were exceptional. Staying to the high standard Ive come to expect from Perfect Air! They disassembled the inside unit, gave it a thorough inspection and cleaning. Set up everything needed outside, inspected their work, went over everything with me, and cleaned up all the mess. Great people, great service, great company, and a 10 year warranty!! Fast service with a honest repair solution, had a perfect opportunity to sell me a motor I didnt need but instead replaced the faulty fan. From the time I called for help until the job was completed was less than 4 hours including a trip from Lumberton to Beaumont for the part Tristan did a great job and very professional.Hope I dont have any more problems but Im definetly calling Perfect Air from now on.

Dustin did an excellent job with running test and finding out why we had the issues we had as well as took time to look over the results and give us our options. The person that came out after hours was very professional about what was going on and throughly looked through the entire system. He also told me that about the up charge for fixing it after hours and we decided that we could wait till the morning to change the fan motor out. The next morning he came just as he promised, he cleaned the fan itself, changed the motor, checked the Freon, made sure the Freon pressures balanced out properly, cleaned the coil unit, and did a final check over the entire system before he left. Service was great, price was a little high but in the economy what isn’t (2024), overall I’m satisfied with everything.

Perfect Air deserves all the praise I can heap on it. From my first exploratory visit at their office just south of Kountze to the finishing touches of the installation of a new system in my home just a few days later, the professionalism and friendliness of the six representatives involved in one way or the other was very much appreciated. Steven, the Ops Manager, with his impressive knowledge of all things HVAC, convinced me early on that I needed to seek a proposal from Perfect Air. Then, Waylon, the sales rep, came out to the house and thoroughly explained all the possibilities. His in-depth knowledge and the patience he displayed in educating me on the total system and what a new one could look like to me was much appreciated. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail and handed me a complete proposal for the agreed-upon work before he departed the house. And they ended up doing exactly what he described, inside and out. Two young men, joined later by a third, came out and did the work throughout the course of one day (about 8 hours total?). During that day, both Steve and Waylon swung by to check the work and make sure it was going as Waylon had promised. The workmanship was impressive, by the way. And we love our new system. My wifes main criterion was that the system be quieter than the old, and it definitely is. We couldnt be more pleased with the service these guys provided throughout, and I highly recommend the company. (Its now almost two weeks later, and were loving this system. It runs so much more quietly and smoothly.)

What a great company to do business with! My AC went out last Sunday, I called Monday morning and had a technician at my home by noon. My system was shot, which was what I expected. They ordered a new unit and scheduled my unit to be replaced by Tuesday. 2 techs arrived shortly after noon and they did a wonderful job of replacing the system,, answered questions, hauled off the old stuff, made sure everything worked perfectly and left around 4. Courteous, kind, knowledgeable, fast and efficient are just a few words that describe everyone I dealt with from this company! I rate them a 5 only because a 6 or a 7 isnt available as an option. Old unit died on Sunday and I slept cool with a new system installed by Tuesday! thank you Perfect Air, highly recommend this company!as I have continued using the services of Perfect Air I have continued to be impressed and satisfied! Tristan arrived about the time expected to look at the outside units but much to my surprise he started with the indoor units and then moved on. He certainly was very thorough, explaining, offering suggestions as needed and answering questions.Tristan didn’t miss a thing from the temperature coming out of the registers to whether or not the drains were working properly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Perfect Air to everyone. We were ghosted by another company when we were ready for the air-conditioned stage of our add-on. We had a Daikin system installed and are we glad we did. Our very first month dropped our electric bill $64.33 and that was not even an entire Month. This system we can’t even hear come on!!!! The outside unit you don’t hardly even know it’s running unless you are standing right next to it. We did have an issue with the system draining but that was due to our drain pipe had not been installed correctly. That was the fault of the prior owners remodel job mistake. Lance and the rest of the team worked until they located and corrected the problem. We would give them 10 stars if there were such a thing. Great Company to work with. Brad the owner and his groups are real Champs.

We purchased a weekend home with the knowledge the AC unit was old and would need servicing soon. It was during the weekend with the extreme heat wave that the system locked up. I called Perfect Air on a Sunday morning, hoping to leave a message for service on Monday but they returned my call within 3 minutes and scheduled an appointment with tech to arrive within a couple of hours. The owners son showed up 15 minutes early than schedule time and started analyzing the problem which he fixed quickly to get us back cooling on a 99 degree day. This young man was raised right, handshake and Yes/No sir manners. Since the unit was 24 years old, I wasnt going to nickel and dime this unit in the future and decision was made to replace the whole system. He gave me a quote on two different brands, I took the Amana system. Monday morning Perfect Air called and scheduled installation for Tuesday. The installation crew did an excellent job under the extreme heat in the attic and outside. I highly recommend Perfect Air in Kountze.
