I just had the best experience with Parobek! Earlier today I called a different company to come out and repair my broken furnace. Were in the midst of a cold snap and of course, thats when it breaks. The other company promised to come out but by 5pm still hadnt shown. In a panic, we called Parobek. I had John at my door 10 minutes later!!! Like, how insane is that? Then John was the most professional, friendly and knowledgable technician. Turns out, my disconnect box had caught fire the night before!! He was able to put my mind at ease and troubleshooted all of my equipment to make sure I could feel safe in my home again. I will be calling Parobek for all my future needs! Thank you John! Weve used Parobek a few times and they are always quick, professional and a pleasure to work with. Gayle is sweet and understanding of our schedule when she makes the appointment. This time we had a home water treatment installed yesterday and I really cant say enough about how great the technicians were. Jacob and Joseph were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I believe they worked very hard to make us happy. They were patient with all my questions and took time to explain everything. And they were just good people. I wont hesitate to recommend parobek. So we chose a propane water heater. It worked great until it didnt. Parobek tech came out. Marcos Contreras, was our plumbing expert. He was very clear about what happened, what steps he had to take and how long it might take to repair. After waiting for the part for over a week, with only freezing showers lol. Marcos came back out and trouble shooting showed the new part was not the only issue. Thankfully Marcos represented Parobek with honestly and kindness. We ended up replacing the entire unit but we are very grateful to Marcos and Parobek for helping us out.We would definitely give Marcos and Parobek to our friends and family whenever they might need help with plumbing.

I had a bad clog in my bathroom, sewage backing up into my bathtub, I called Parobek at 7:30am on a Saturday. The dispatcher said she’d get a plumber to my house right away! (ON A SATURDAY MORNING 😳!) Trey arrived at my house within 20-30 mins and worked diligently to unstop my stubborn clog. I was absolutely blown away by Parobek’s fast and professional service! I’d recommend them to anyone, definitely going to use their AC&Plumbing services. Trey was extremely helpful and professional and approachable. He provided his business card and encouraged me to contact him anytime I have issues or questions. What an amazing company!

Anthony was very knowledgeable and super nice. The communication from the office and dispatcher were great as well. All issues found and plans to resolve them were shared in easy to understand language and very professional. Unfortunately, our repair required a new coil that needs to come from the warehouse in Austin but Anthony took the time to answer all my questions and confirm we had a good solution in place to keep us cool until the new coil arrives and we get scheduled for the swap.

The plumbing clog I had was relatively substantial, but they started with the cheapest service and worked to more expensive services to try and fix most affordably. The final invoice was less than what I assumed it would cost me to have fixed.

Our outdated water heater went out and after getting the run around from other companies, I reached out to Parobek Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Justin W came out to look at the water heater and while he was here I had him look at our water softener system to see why our pressure was low. Turns out the last people put in the wrong type of softener system for our well water. Justin assessed both systems and gave us multiple quotes to choose what best fit our needs. He had us scheduled for installation on a new tankless water heater and water softener system within 2 days. I’ve seen multiple ads from them before and I was very impressed to see that their customer service truly is next level like advertised!!! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone for years to come!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Cody is the type of service man who breaks things down and offers you choices. They were very good to my mother, which is very important to me.On the AC side, I dealt with Alex the last time my house was serviced. He was the same way! Broke everything down and made sure I understood everything 100%.Good people work at Parobek.

Jarrett and John were just here to repair our HVAC unit after we ran into issues with the thermostat resetting every time the heat tried to kick on. They were absolutely fantastic. In fact, the whole experience has been. We set up our service call online last night, and first thing this morning one of their staff called to confirm the appointment and get a bit more detailed info. I didnt get her name but she was friendly, quick and professional. About an hour later she called to let me know the crew was on the way and a rough estimate on arrival time. Jarrett and John showed up and were just as friendly and professional, even wearing boot covers in our not at all fancy house to protect our not at all fancy floors. They diagnosed the issue in no time flat, then gave me a few options for fixing it, all ranging in price. It was great knowing I had some choice in what direction we went in. We also made the choice to finance the repair, and even that process was a snap. We were approved in literally 3 minutes, and the guys were already underway on the work. They ended up installing a float in our condensate pan that was missing, cleaned our outside unit (which apparently had not been cleaned or serviced in years), installed a new thermostat that will work with our unit, and even sealed up a couple holes in the floor they found to keep rodents out. I had been seeing their ads and trucks everywhere for a couple years now, and I definitely see why theyre everywhere! The entire team is great to work with. Pricing felt reasonable, and the warranty is a real reassurance. 10/10 would not only call them again, but Ill be recommending them to everyone. Thanks yall!

However the company pricing was way over the top! The company charged us $280 to replace one rubber washer. The cost just doesnt justify the work that was done.

Second time using Parobek, this time for the downstairs unit. It had gone into safety lockout and would not come on. Called Parobek and they had someone out to our place ASAP.Jarrett showed up and quickly diagnosed the high pressure lockout. Upon inspection, he found the coils almost completely clogged with dust and accumulation. For a very fair price, Jarrett cleaned out the coils and returned the unit to as-new operation. Jarrett also verified no other issues with the unit. Blowing snowballs downstairs now.Jarrett was super professional and knowledgeable. He even returned our hose and sprinkler back to where it was. Details like that stand out to me. Parobek cares and takes care of business. Thanks Parobek!

Parobek is AWESOME!!!! We recently bought and moved into our new home and had issues with the water heater pilot light staying lit. We were hearing several different stories about what the issue could be. Champion Homes wanted to find a local, qualified person to fix the issue. I reccommended two local Plumbing/HVAC companies. Champion contacted them and the wait was going to be at least a week out.That night at almost 6:00 pm Gayle called me to find out more information and scheduled a technician the next morning. Justin was great. He explained the type of water heater we have and what it needs. The pilot light stayed lit and we had hot water for almost 24 hours when I ran the dishwasher. Noticing that our water pressure at the toilet was strong he suggested that he measure our Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) located near water meter. Their pricing and rates are very reasonable compared to their competitors. We had used Christianson for years and the experience between them and Parobek was night and day. Parobek Plumbing has done an excellent job with two separate tasks that they did for us this week. First, Waylon Locke, a Plumbing Install Specialist, and his assistant Trae replaced the 35-year-old faucets, shower heads, and associated hardware in both of our upstairs bathrooms, and they replaced/repaired some leaking water supply & drain lines in the wall behind each bathtub (these leaks were the primary reason for our initial plumbing repair request). Trae also installed a new outdoor water faucet on our garage wall that is more functional and better insulated (against freezing) than what we had been using for many years.Second, Jerry Rollins and his assistant Trent removed our homes old water softener, which had quit working, and replaced it with a new WaterMax water softener together with an under-the-sink reverse osmosis drinking water system (both of which are warranted for 25 years). Im very pleased with their work, which included having to dig a trench and bore under a sidewalk to install a new drain line for the water softener that would satisfy the current plumbing code.

I’m so glad I called Parobek for my clogged drain. My initial call was answered by a very pleasant person who told me I would be put on the schedule the same day. Then a very nice person called to let me know when the tech was headed my way. That call was followed up with a text giving me the tech’s name and a picture.When the tech, Michael, arrived he introduced himself and his partner Cody. They got to work quickly and solved the problem efficiently. We have used them for air conditioner maintenance, but fortunately never needed their plumbing service until today.While it was difficult to hear when I first called because of background noise, they were responsive, helpful and courteous. Jacob and Mason came to my home to replace a leaking water heater. First of all they were ahead of schedule which is always a good thing. Then they asked if I had any questions going forward, which at the time I did not. They are very courteous, professional and friendly. Throughout the time they were here, I did manage to ask several questions, which they promptly answered. They explained how different warning devices were supposed to work. They even showed me my main line and suggested a repair that might be needed in the future. Overall the experience with Jacob and Mason was extremely pleasant and congenial. During the inspection, they identified an issue that must have occurred during installation when the house was being built.
