    I have used Optimo Air and Heat multiple times and I consider them to be the best. Edwin answers the call right away and arrives to your home quickly.     Where do I begin? We purchased a rental property last year and got it leased. The previous owners used Edwin and his company so I thought Id give them a try when the need arose. Our indoor compressor needed to be changed out AND, since our home warranty didnt cover it, we had to replace.He was out promptly to check the system out. Filled the unit with Freon so our tenant was comfortable in between coordinating schedules to get the unit replaced. They showed up ON TIME (which is one of my pet peeves :) He told me how much time it would take and they were right on.In the meantime, I had 2 clients that needed service and he was out within a couple of days and they texted me to let me know how happy they were. I will definitely continue to use Edwin and Optimo Air and Heat and recommend them to my clients. He made me look like a HERO! He was also very personable and his crew was great. Thank you Edwin.

    The ac condensing unit for the first floor of my house was making a terrible, loud noise. My friends who recently replaced their AC unit recommended Optimo Air & Heat.The owner Edwin was able to come out the same day that I contacted him (he was on time for the appointment). One of the fan blades in the condensing unit was broken/cracked and it could be repaired for a few hundred dollars. Our house is 26 years old and we have lived here for 15 years. This condensing unit was here when we moved in and may have been/probably was original to the house. Because of its age, I decided to replace the entire ac unit rather than fix it. I also decided to replace the furnace at the same time because Optimo offered a great package deal. Optimo doesn’t have the overhead of the big companies and passes on the savings to the customer. Edwin never tried to upsell or pressure me, but gave me his recommendations.We have a smaller third ac unit that serves the guest wing of the house, but it wasn’t turning on at all. Edwin quickly figured out the issue, replaced some parts and had it quickly working.Edwin was able to get the new HVAC equipment from the supplier quickly. His first visit to my house was on a Tuesday and he arrived with his crew at 7:30 AM on Saturday of the SAME week to install the new HVAC system. They finished the installation in a little over 5 hours (they finished my job before taking lunch) and my house is nice and cool!If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I would highly recommend Optimo Air & Heat for their expertise, excellent work, fantastic pricing and outstanding customer service (including great communication). I received exactly what I was promised and I am very pleased!

    I had an A/C emergency and of course it happened on a Saturday. I called Edwin the owner and (1) he answered the phone right away and (2) he sent one of his crew members (Gabriel) out to my house right away. Gabriel resolved our issue quickly. When I first called, I thought we would have to wait until Monday to fix our issue, but Optimo Air & Heat was so responsive and went above and beyond in customer service. Optimo replaced our HVAC system 2 years ago and there is no one I trust more. I will continue to recommend and refer friends to Optimo.

    My AC had a rough Sunday, I texted Mr. Edwin in the evening (Im sorry for interrupting your family time!) to tell him there was an issue. He said he could get somebody out next day between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. And here comes Gabriel right on time! I was notified at 10:18 am that he was on his way. My outside unit needed some work done, he solved the problem and insured that the unit was cooling before he left. I am so thankful to you guys, and I just want everyone to know that you can trust these people. As a homeowner not all of us are skilled enough to address all of the issues in our house when they arise. Some of us tend to panic and we call the wrong folks. Be patient and do research so you can find people like this to tend to the problems that youre not able to tend to. Its almost like finding a needle in a haystack...But it is possible!     I used Optimo Air based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors for fixing busted AC for our upstairs. Edwin & Gabriel were thorough and professional and gave me quote which sounded realistic than a few other companies that I got quotes from. Their work was very good and its been more than 4 months and I have had no issues with the install. I had to change my AC unit and evaporator coil.I recommend Optimo Air

    Right when this arctic cold front came through and it’s 15 degrees outside of course our heat went out. I had a neighbor recommend Edwin from Optimo Air so I got his contact info and gave him a call and he drove from a hour away and got to my home and fixed it within 30 minutes.     Excellent service. Gabriel fit me into his schedule at the end of his day. Came out and cleaned compressor units and tested some components. Discovered the problem was actually with the variable blower in the attic unit. He brought a new blower in the morning and installed it in no time. He also checked a couple of other issues I asked about, took care of those and was on his way.Gabriel is a true professional, punctional, articulate, and polite.Refreshing experience.

    Optimo Air came out to perform an inspection on my home hvac system. A big name AC repair company had recently performed an inspection and told me I needed to do a $2k extensive duct and equipment cleaning. Optimos tech showed me there were no issues with my equipment and the ducts and vents were relatively clean and did not need extensive cleaning at all. They now have a customer for life.

    This is not my first review for Edwin and his team. My son owns a pizza shop and needed his AC replaced. I dont have experience with commercial roof top units. His price came in better than other bids and his lead time was significantly shorter for securing and installing the unit. He also found an issue with a belt on our exhaust vent while on the roof and was able to have the part delivered to install while he was doing the AC install. That was above and beyond the scope of work. Thank you Edwin!

    Called Optimo as my upstairs unit was not blowing cold Not only did Edwin answer the phone, but he was able to come out at the end of the day. He discovered I had a freon leak and gave me a couple of options which included adding freon and a sealant and seeing it would hold as well replacing the coil. I rolled the dice and went with the bandage.I appreciated his honesty and integrity because the reality is he could have just told me I needed to replace the coil.Based upon this experience I highly recommend Edwin and Optimo Air.     This was my first time to use Edwin. He took over the customer list from our previous A/C guy, Gary. Edwin worked for Gary so I took it on good faith Edwin would do a good job. He came out within 3-4 biz days to do a A/C maintenance and cleaning. Three units at $75/a piece and one small repair. My only comment is that he completed the dual capacitor repair without contacting me, first. I had to leave for an appointment, but made sure I ran through all my questions, etc. with him before I left. He didnt mention it at the time or call me to discuss the repair. I was a little surprised to see the additional $50 charge for the capacitor change out. But overall, I think he did a good job and will probably have him out again next year. Cheaper to maintain a system than replace one and you dont want to be without A/C heading into a Texas summer.

    Excellent communication. Caring company that not only diagnosed the problem, but suggested looking at my other unit at no extra charge. These guys even showed my how to change the filters next season while taking the time to clean my dirty condenser coils.     Optimo has been out twice under my AHS warranty and both times they fixed the issue on my unit. They were professional and courteous but most of all responsive.The air went out in the height of the Texas summer heat and they responded within an hour and were back the next morning with the correct part. Then this week the heat went out during below freezing temps and again Optimo showed. Up the next morning and had the part and was able to make the fix.Truth is I don’t find a lot of great repair companies under AHS home warranty program but Optimo is 110% top notch and I highly recommend them. Thanks team Optimo for excellent service and awesome response time.

    Optimo offers the best price, service, speed , and professionalism. I used Optimo to replace an old A/C with a larger more efficient unit. Optimo was on time and went above and beyond to get the job done. I’ve worked with over 10 other A/C service companies and by far Optimo has been the best.     Edwin was called in response to an American Home Shield warranty request. He diagnosed the problem as electrical. Once I got that fixed, AHS sent a different HVAC company who made it obvious he was only there to collect his visit fee from AHS and find a reason to help AHS deny the claim. I called Edwin back to get a second opinion after I complained about the first company they sent. Edwin came on his day off, from nearly an hour away, to respond to my need. Hes courteous, professional, and honest. Such a rare quality to find. Hes my go-to and he should be yours too.

    My central air went out this morning and I opened a ticket with American Home Shield. They put me in touch with Optimo Air and Heat, and I was surprised when they told me they would be there in an hour. They arrived and my compressor was completely dead but after swapping a starter cap it was repaired. From problem start, to the end of the service it was like 2 hours. Ive never had AC service that fast. Would definitely use again.
