    Chris G. came out for what should have been a straightforward plumbing fix, but my house is the product of a lot of builder corner-cutting -- he was fantastic. Super quick on the uptake, and perfectly handled a really weird situation the builder left this house with 30 years ago thats finally come to light. So not only is my leak fixed but thanks to him I finally know how to stop it happening again!

    Much better than band of misfits a large local competitor sent! Miguel was knowledgeable and communicative. Appreciate the advance text you send when on the way to the job.Tankless water heaters are highly engineered and beyond many plumbers skill though you won’t know until too late. Miguel flushed the system, replaced checked valves and tested several other parts of the system to confirm the fix. He stuck around and personally verified the system was performing well before closing the job.We agreed to join their membership program and will gladly work with these guys whenever plumbing help needed in the future. Wish I found them sooner!

    Jose with NTX arrived on time when promised. He was very professional and gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my sink and how he was going to fix it. He had all the required parts and tools for the job already with him. My sink was quickly fixed. Jose even offered to return all the items I had placed on my counter back under sink when he was done.

    Jose Enriquez was super-professional and friendly when he installed a new garbage disposal for us. During the installation, he noticed that one of the pipe connections underneath wasnt cemented at all, so he took care of that as well. We appreciated his going over the cost of the work before starting, so that we werent surprised when completed. We will definitely request him for any future plumbing work.

    I had an odd request and Russell at NTX stepped up to handle it. Im a material scientist and needed some gas lines installed in a laboratory.Russell procured the right tubing, ran it through a fairly tight space, secured it and terminated each end with fittings.Throughout the process he was courteous, communicative and on time.The job looks great in 3 areas, but I held back a star because the tubing is a bit bent in one area. Still Russell said hell come back out and straighten it with some tool soon. Will update then.Update: Russell came back about a week later and straightened out the pipes. They look fantastic now

    Long over due to leave this review but here it is. Initially I called another company to help me find my leak, I paid a fee for a misdiagnosis. In search of a second opinion I reached out to NTX Plumbing. They came out immediately, and found where the leak was actually coming from. After finding the leak Jose and Miguel showed up within the hour and had our leak fixed and installed a new spigot. They were all so very friendly, helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. It is hard to find a punctual and honest plumbing company so I am grateful to have found this one. Highly recommend and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!

    Great experience! I know that any emergency plumbing needs are never fun, but NTX Plumbing made it less painful. Ben, our guy was quick to diagnose and fix our issue, even gave tips on another possible problem and how to avoid or postpone another call for an emergency. I 100% recommend these guys! Great job!

    We stumbled upon ntx plumbing in pursuit of a plumber recommendation via local fb group. We werent successful in finding the original plumber, however we decided to give ntx a shot. The whole experience from the beginning was fantastic. I was able to call and leave my info for a callback instead of having to hold for an available representative. Someone promptly returned my call and offered to schedule me right away. The day of my scheduled service, I received a call ahead of time that someone was available sooner and could come out within the hour. Chris showed up on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable of the problem we were having and answered all of my many questions. He provided a detailed report for my husband to study at the completion of service. We ended up signing up for an annual service with ntx that provided several perks. It was a relief to have such a positive experience and I’m thankful we decided to go with them!

What stands out above the quality of work, which was tremendous, was the professionalism and wonderful communication. Miguel was exceptional. We were not home when he arrived onsite. He calmly explained the circumstances, respectfully answered all our questions, and clearly articulated timelines/next steps. Miguel always reviewed the scope of work, even as it evolved, before doing anything. We were very impressed.     Been using NTX for years for all kinds of plumbing issues, commercial & residential. There is none better. The guys are so great. And nice, too. Love the smoke bombing procedure that takes all the time consuming guesswork over “what’s clogged and where?” Months ago one of the toilets had come unseated and that problem was found within 10 minutes of arrival. Today was a malfunctioning tub filler, easily fixed. This old house is a plumber’s best friend, I swear.Still the best in the biz.

    NTX Plumbing was fantastic. Had a clog in the kitchen sink, called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in by lunchtime. The tech did the snake, found some mud, crawled under the house to confirm there wasn’t broken pipe, flushed the system out and got me flowing again. Super helpful, could have talked me into a scope of the pipe to find the origin of the mud but he felt good with the flow so I didn’t have to waste any money. Great people, will call them again.

    I called NTX Plumbing and about 10 other plumbing companies and NTX Plumbing was the only company that was willing to help me, I work for the building owner and was trying to do my due diligence and get the best pricing for the owner. Very few other companies were willing to quote any prices whatsoever over the phone, which I do understand because plumbing can be difficult to quote and be accurate. NTX actually reached out to me after the first contact and reassured me that they are interested to help me get my project accomplished. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    UPDATE 2024: We called NTX Plumbing again for a couple of issues with our toilets and Jose Enriquez was our technician. Jose was professional and courteous. He communicated with us to let us know when to expect him. Upon inspecting one of the toilets, he let us know it was just a nut that needed to be tightened and fixed the problem. We absolutely appreciated his honesty. The other toilet needed a rebuild of the kit and some other leaking issues. Jose repaired it, tested it, and we were all good. About an hour later, the tank was shooting out water and we contacted NTX. Jose came back that evening and was determined to find a solution for us, which he did. We will always call NTX for our plumbing needs. Jose is a wonderful technician and team member!REVIEW from 2021:I highly recommend NTXPlumbing!! We had a gas leak and contacted them that day, not expecting a call back since it was after 5 pm. We received a text message late in the evening and were scheduled for the next day. From the start, Janna was very responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. Their crew: Juan, Jose, and Alex were WONDERFUL and professional. They worked late into the evening to ensure that the gas leaks were fixed and we could sleep soundly. They were the hardest working plumbing professionals weve encountered. NTX also took care of scheduling with the city to come out and inspect the repair. Juan returned to our home the day after the repair as soon as he was needed, because Atmos Energy required our plumber to be present when they turned the gas back on.     Juan and his coworker came to my house to diagnose and repair a leak from my kitchen sink that was pouring like a waterfall underneath my house (pier and beam). They determined they might need to cut into my kitchen cabinets or through the brick outside of my house to reach an old corroded galvanized drain pipe. I was stressed, to say the least! Juan really was so very professional and kind and helped to calm me down and talked with me at length over the options. He made a plan and gave me the worst case scenarios so I could mentally prepare. They came back two days later (delayed due to ice storm). They always text before they come and showed up before the expected time window. They expertly repaired the pipe with minimal cutting into the back wall of my cabinet. My kitchen was left immaculate. I was so grateful, and the repair cost much less than I expected. I will always call NTG plumbing and want them to know what excellent employees in these two men they have.

    NTX is amazing! I will use them always from here on out. We have always wanted to replace our electric porch lights with gas lamps. Which means a pretty extensive remodeling job. I researched about 10-12 plumbers. A few of them declined to even consider the project. A couple tried to talk me out of it and suggested to just buy the bulbs that look like flames. And the rest gave me ridiculous bids that felt like they had no idea what they were doing or just wanted to bid so high that I would leave them alone. NTX came in, totally professional, eager to do the work. I had total confidence in them within the first 2 minutes after meeting them. They are ethical, professional, do an amazing job, very budget-friendly. I can’t say enough good about these good people.     We originally found NTX due to a gas leak and needed a plumber to repair. They did a great job with that repair. We were impressed with the responsiveness, the professionalism and experience of the crew, and the quality of the work. Recently, we needed to have the plumbing inspected due to foundation work. The foundation company sent a plumber that they partnered with to do the inspection so that we could get approved for the lifetime warranty on the foundation. He spent about 30 minutes inspecting things and immediately went to a solution of re-routing the entire plumbing in the house and quoting 17k-20k for the work. We contacted NTX for an independent inspection and a 2nd opinion. They found the leak and recommended a solution - which was NOT re-routing all of the pipes. Again, we were impressed with the crews professionalism and quality of work. The owner came out to do the inspection himself. We highly recommend NTX and they are the only plumbing company well ever call.

    Our son broke off the handle of the shower, which turns on and off the water. NTX was highly recommended by a friend, and they were everything we needed. They were able to repair the handle using a cartridge, so that the entire unit (manifold) did not need to be replaced. It was a tremendous relief to us and a relatively quick fix.     I have a Rinnai tankless water heater installed more than 7 years ago and I had never serviced it. Recently it has been acting up, it would randomly stop giving hot water in the middle of shower. We had to switch off and on the heater in the middle of a shower multiple times. It was very unpleasant when the water turned form warm to cold. So I called Rinnar customer support and they provided me a list of certified service providers. Among them NTX a plumbing was the top one on the list and I was able to secure a service next day. We decided to use them for the repairs as well and could not be happier.     This is the second time we used NTX. They are amazing. This snow/ice storm has crippled the city. I called a bunch of plumbers- most of them told me they can get to me next week.     Scott, Mai and the staff at NTX plumbing are knowledgeable and professional. They have tended to our plumbing needs for 4 years now and have never disappointed.     My family and I are purchasing a house. I called to see if NTX could do an ASAP assessment and quote on a couple of items on a perspective house. Sure enough they were able to make it out that same day. Thomas T. was there early and more helpful than I could have imagined. He quickly diagnosed the issues I was asking him to look into. Could have made a mountain out of a molehill. Instead let me know the issues were simple and non-factors as a matter of fact, in him checking the issues he actually ended up resolving most of them. Did Thomas stop there? Nope! He quickly went around the rest of the house to do a quick assessment of the plumbing. He found something that the inspector missed that was very dangerous. Could have gotten someone badly hurt or worse. I’m extremely thankful for NTX and Thomas T. I will use this company moving forward.

    I have a gas leak & a new line for the gas needs to be put in. It is very expensive & unfortunately the pipe they are not allow to repair per Atmos.Juan (plumber) has done a great job with giving me details.Also NTX plumbing does a good job texting me regarding the appointments.I appreciate NTX service & great follow up.After the repair of the gas line I had problems with Air in the system. (Air was blocking the air)NTX accommodated my schedule to purge the system. I am So glad to have hot water &Heat again!Thank You!Maureen

    This the second time I contacted NTX about a plumbing project gone wrong. This time I got a rented drain auger stuck in the main drain clean out. I called NTX desperate for help. They sent someone out quickly. After some detective work they discovered that the old cast iron drain pipe had rotted out and the drain auger was caught in the rotted part of the pipe. They fixed the pipe retrieved the drain auger and saved the day. I have decided no more DIY plumbing projects. Thanks NTX.

    Hiring the right professionals make all the difference! We had originally hired a plumber to do a few things and he just couldnt get anything done.     My family went through hell with our previous plumber, who installed the wrong pump for the pipe size and caused loud harmonics in the house for two weeks. In desperation I reached out to NTX Plumbing. Right off the bat, NTX gave me confidence with their friendliness and skillful troubleshooting approach. The second day their expert level plumber came to my house and fixed the problem, ending our two-week-long misery. They are fully dedicated to making their customer happy, no matter at what kind of cost. The previous plumber removed their mis-installed pump and took away the flanges with them, which caused NTX to spend over two hours soldering new flanges on the pipe, but I was only charged for one hour of work. Im very satisfied with their service and would recommend NTX Plumbing for everyone!

    My main pipe was clog up and I reach out to NTX Plumbing. They check their schedule and was able to fit me in on the same day. The Tech came out and ask couples question, then started to get his tools to work. Tech was very knowledge of what he is doing.
