    Great Company! Amir was friendly, fast, and courteous. The service was professional andI was offered 4- 5 price tiers depending on what fit my finances at the time.     I previously used NewRise for an issue I had with my heat a couple of years ago, and had such a great experience with them that they were my first call when I was having problems with my AC this week. Freddy and Clark came out a couple of hours later to diagnose my issues. Clark is great to work with and was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and making sure that I was taken care of. Freddy was extremely thorough in diagnosing my system and would not rest until he had it solved, working late into the evening. I really appreciated the level of service that I got from them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He discovered a short in the circuit board that required our furnace to be replaced. Thankfully they were able to restore our air the following day.     Definitely one of the best experiences Iā€™ve had. This is probably my 4-5th different company Iā€™ve called for AC services. This is one of the best ones Iā€™ve done business with. Isai was professional, extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend. Pricing is Fair not the cheapest around and definitely not the most expensive either. But for the level of professionalism and expertise I would say the pricing is more than satisfactory. Honesty goes a long way.     We had another company out for general AC maintenance, but they seemed to not know how to find or fix an issue once something came up, even though they were here for several hours trying to troubleshoot. Amir with NewRise was highly recommended by our electrician so we gave him a call. He arrived even faster than anticipated and was able to fix the issue created by the first company, find/fix another issue, and get the AC working in less than an hour. I also appreciated how clear and thorough he was in explaining the issue and showing us what the bad/good parts should look like.     Recently needed to have my AC condensation drain line checked and called NewRise because my home contractor said she used them in her own home.Amir was great on the phone and even sent a tech out the same day! Isai (pronounced Isaiah) arrived within the expected time window. He was courteous and careful to don booties to protect my home.After he confirmed the issues, he needed one additional item, so he went to get it and returned. It was after 4pm by then but Isai said he was determined to finish the job.     This company did an amazing job on installing a brand new Goodman package unit for us at our office. The whole process was very smooth and they were on time, scheduling was very easy. They also have a software that keeps track of all the information between us and them in regarding the package unit. I havenā€™t seen HVAC Company do that.     My technician Isai was awesome!! He listened to my story of what caused the call for service, I showed him where the compressor was on the side of the house, showed him where the thermostat was and told him he could come in and out as needed. He asked if he need to wear shoe covers, I told him no. He was out there by himself for maybe 15-20 minutes, came in and turned on the system, went back out for another 5-10 minutes, then came in to explain what he found. One of the fan motors was bad. I know it was bad because he showed me the voltage reading of both motors with pictures he had just taken. I asked what we need to do and he said changing that motor out will fix it and I have one on my truck. He then broke out what the charges would be and I said DO IT! Isai was a no-nonsense worker he went straight to it and got it done and I never once got a hint of him trying to up-sale me like happens so often with AC repairmen. After he installed the new motor, he showed me a short video of the readings on his multimeter indicating both motors were now equal. I got my appointment just a few hours after I called them this morning. I have my new magnet on the fridge, I will use this company again, and I have already told a colleague about them.

    I really had a good experience with hiring Amir to do my ac system. I needed a blower motor replaced with a new one and he did a wonderful job. I was so used to home warranty (ahs) response time where it takes weeks and months to get something done but I am so glad I went with him this round instead. He was able to come out same day and fix all my issues. His price is amazing as well and doesnt cost an arm and a leg.update 8/28/24 (2 years later). I went with them to replace the whole ac unit 2 years ago and its been running well. Some part failed and they were able to show up and fix the issue right away. Id still highly recommend them.

    Amir and NewRise came recommended to us through a friend when our AC/Heat was having issues. We used them to have new units installed 6mos ago. I should have written them a great review then but I got lazy. Then I had an issue today with the AC suddenly going off and called Amir. He literally came by within 30mins and diagnosed the issue (the condensation drain got backed up - which the original pipes werent installed in the best place in our house so nothing to do with their work). He was able to flush it no problem and walk me through all of the details. I cant say enough good things about Amir and this company. They saved us twice now in this Texas heat. Super responsive and professional. And since we were recommended them by someone else this review should count twice. 10 Stars.

I called multiple companies before I found NewRise and they couldnā€™t accommodate my very urgent need to fix my air conditioner as my home was up to 89 degrees.     I called A-1 Star A/C and Heating to check on a room that I didnt think was cooling. I figured it was my PCs since there are two in that room.Jose showed up on time, assessed my concerns and got right to work. Jose checked my ducts and both were fine but found that I was low on refrigerant. Jose also changed out a capacitor that was starting to fail. I knew that I was going to need refrigerant since, Ive been band-aiding the system since we moved in, that was the expensive part. But overall, Jose was great and would definitely choose this company again when its finally time to either replace my unit or have it serviced again.
