    I highly recommend NDH AC service. I had three different quotes from different companies and decided to go with NDH. Javier the AC technician, was professional, respectful and knowledegeable and experienced. Javier and his team showed up on the date and time they said they would and started working on the install. The guys on his team were great and did not wasted time. I had installed a 5 ton Carrier system and they upgrade me to a smart thermostat as well at no extra cost. I have 10 year warranty from Carrier and they offer 2 year warranty on the labor as well. The owner of the company Thanh, who i talked to as well, know what his doing. Give NDH a call if you need any AC or furnace repairs or instals.

    This company and their installers did a fantastic job. Pricing was better than the competition (ask for a guy named John T.). The installers were in and out in less than two hours, and everything was cleaned up. We have two A/C units, so whenever the next one goes out, I will 100% be calling NDH Service.

    I’ve been using NDH services for about 3 years. They provide preventive maintenance and plumbing services for my home.Javier is a wonderful technician that is always honest and professional.     I had the pleasure of working with NDH last summer when purchasing a new AC unit and they just completed a maintenance check and repair to my dual zoned HVAC system , and I cant praise them enough. When my AC froze (the older unit not purchased through them) the day after the maintenance was performed we called after 6pm and not only did NDH answer, they arrived within an hour of my call!From the start, their customer service was top-notch. The technician explained the issue clearly and fixed it efficiently. They also checked the entire system to prevent future problems and offered helpful maintenance tips.The technician was professional, friendly, and focused on ensuring my family’s comfort. NDH provides reliable work and incredible customer service. They have earned a customer for life. Highly recommended!

    Spot On GREAT SERVICES, VERY PROFESSIONAL KIND AND JUST A GREAT TEAM THE ENIRE WAY, I Had my Evap Coils replaced and by Mere luck I met Javier who came to my Neighbors house and I pulled into my home just in time and I managed to Grab there information and it was the best decision I made, Francisco came after, and then their installers super Neat and Very professional during the entire install they were very worrisome by making sure they cleaned after themselves and during the install; Great Pricing and on time and Immediately I have already Referred them to my Nextdoor App, if I ever need anything regarding my HVac system they are the ones I’ll call on!

    NDH was excellent with helping us get our AC back and running within a day. Javier and Jensen were professional, friendly and very informative along with being well experienced within the work field. NDH also got us our parts from college station since they were not available locally to accommodate a same day repair . Teresa at the office was also great as she kept us in the loop of the repair timeline as well as making herself available for any of our questions. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs if you want true customer Cating honest service.

    Thanh and his team took excellent care of us. After speaking on the phone with him at length on the issue, he dispatched someone the next day. Our tech, Javier, was quick to find the leak, and instead of forcing me to replace the part like most places, he said it was repairable and jumped on it at 6:30 in the evening. These guys are awesome and have a customer for life. Can’t say enough great things about my experience.

    My AC stopped working over the weekend. Even without a service contract I phoned them on Monday morning. They were here in less than 1 hour. My unit is old and coming to the point where I will soon need a new one. I was not in a financial position to do that. They worked all day trying several different parts for the motor and fan in the outside unit. The cost was fair and I purchased a service contract with them. Highly professional, neat tidy and determined to get the unit working. They did and today I am writing this in AC comfort.

    We have worked with several of the larger HVAC companies over the past 5 years trying to solve the A/C problems in our townhouse. Weve spent a lot of money but the problems continued. Our recent experience with NDH has solved our persistent A/C difficulties at a reasonable cost and, in the process, restored our faith in working with a service company. We will recommend them every chance we get! Were impressed and very satisfied!!

    Javier was fantastic! We were without AC for a week. Javier was a second opinion and offered us a solution and pricing that far surpassed what our home warranty vendor was offering.     The price this business charges for inspections during after hours and weekends is justified. The a/c technician was professional and the problem was not with him being that he is just an employee. The major problem I experienced with them is that they charged me $375 dollars to replace my thermostat with a new one which was the Honeywell T6 Pro. This thermostat is currently valued and priced at $62.95 at your local Home Depot. This is a clear robbery and way overpriced for just having a thermostat replacement. I advise do not do business with this company they will over charge you. I will never hire them again and I will be notifying the better business bureau and I will also be informing everyone about this on my podcast. I will also be informing every single person I know in the local Houston area.Update 08/31/2020So I wanted to give an update and thank NDH Services for their excellent customer service. I called them and spoke to one of their managers in reference to my concerns and they ended up refunding me money back for the over charge in price that same day. I was surprised to how welcoming and open minded they were with my complaint. I have to admit I miscalculated and didnt expect to receive such great feedback. Thank you again for the refund

    I’ve used this company a couple times now and they’ve become my first and only call for my home and business AC or heating needs. A one stop shop. The techs are courteous and professional. The information they send to a customer via text with the techs name, estimated time of arrival, and a link to a summary of services performed keeps it very safe and convenient. Definitely recommend.

    Our AC began not to cool properly and with Mom, Dad, and 4 kids at home quarantining in the heat of the Texas summer its just a recipe for disaster! We called NDH Services and they were able to scheduled us quickly and were on time the very next morning to help us! Not only were they able to fix our AC system but also educated us on what we could do to maintain a healthy system going forward.     Here in Houston we do not get freezing temperatures very often, but when we do we rely on our heating systems. When you are awaken in the middle of the night because of cold temperatures in your house; you want to call a company that you trust. NDH Service here in Houston is that company. I have lived here in Houston since 1972 and I trust them more than my own brothers A/C & Heat company. They came out within a few hours of contacting them and took care of me.
