    This is my fourth time working with Jorge at Mondragon Mechanical and there is a reason why I keep coming back. He has always delivered top class at best price I could find anywhere. This time he installed 3 ton 18 seer variable speed system. Weather protection cap surge protector UV sleeves New plenum new tray with moisture sensor was all included. So happy and I just wish they keep this honest way of doing business going so I never have to worry about finding another HVAC company.

    I’m so glad I decided to get a 2nd quote on a new system and these guys were it. They were 74% less than the first company quoted me and for a larger heat pump, too.I was replacing a cheap unit home warranty installed just 10 years ago that was undersized and poorly installed.The guys at Mondragon did a clean install; they took their time ensuring all parts were properly fitted and at the end cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell they were even here.The crew was amazing - and considering how hot it was in the attic (today’s high was 103°) I can’t begin to understand how they managed to get the job done.After all was said and done, my only regret was I didn’t call sooner.If you want quality parts and quality work at a fair price, Mondragon is THE place to call.Kudos to everyone at Mondragon - thank you.

    I hired modragon based on a recommendation and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. My father in law works in the a/c field and he stated that they guys who did the work did everything professionally up to the smallest detail. I recommend Mondragon going forward to all my family members who need a new a/c system put in. Financing was incredibly easy to do. Their Rep comes to your house and does the application in front of you, so you know immediately you are approved. Installation was the next day and they finished the work in one day.

    Honest, professional, and quick. A friend and neighbor recommended Mondragon Mechanical. Jorge, the owner, came by our house to give his professional opinion and price range with different scenarios and options. Super transparent and easy to speak with. As someone with zero experience as a homeowner, I felt like I could ask any question and Jorge took the time to answer and share more info.We did a whole rehaul of my system that was pulling moldy air from under my house and moved it to pull cleaner air. He installed a new Trane 16 SEER system (brand new furnace, ac, ductwork, etc.). Jorge even introduced us to an air scrubber product that would be suitable for my husband with asthma and allergies.For some background: First time home buyer and had to replace my entire HVAC system including ductwork due to a 20+ year old inefficient system and mold in the ductwork. Work absolutely needed to be completed before we moved in, so we called a few companies to come out and provide estimates… which were terrifying. ALSO WE NEEDED TO STARTED WORK DURING THE FREEZE IN FEB 2022. What a lifesaver… He finished in less than 3 days, it was amazing.I 100% will recommend Mondragon for anything HVAC related because of my experience and I prefer to go with a family owned business. It was pretty evident that the other companies with 500+ reviews were going to take advantage of us by quoting us $10k more than Mondragon (for lower SEER rated systems).

    Everything was going good until recently. I got my HVAC newly installed with them. Recently my HVAC started smelling horrible, as if there was a dead animal. I called them to come check it out because we had a plumber check it and they stated that it was the HVAC.The plumbing piping was not allowing the p-trap to do its job for water retention, so it was sucking sewer vapors into my house. This is part of the HVAC Furnace which resulted in all of the fumes and gasses coming back into my house. They fixed the plumbing at no cost. SHOUT OUT TO MONDRAGON HVAC! Very content customer.My house no longer smells like sewer, Gases, ETC 😊

They discovered that one of our home automation thermostats was not working correctly and installed a new one to make sure the house was cooling.     I made the mistake of calling someone else first to replace my coil in my AC unit. They diagnosed the problem, didn’t have the part in stock and went radio silent for a week. Then I Luckily found Mondragon who, with just a picture of the model and serial number, had some guys at my house within like 18 hours. They would have been there in 6 hours, but I wasn’t home. They replaced the coil, recharged my system, got everything working, no muss no fuss. I will be using them from now on. Also wanted to mention there was zero radio silence from them. They texted me and we went back and forth from there. Keeping me completely up to date every step of the way.Funny name, seriously great AC people.

    My parents 30yr old goodman° 3ton ac unit failed on a hot Thursday noon. Reached out to Mondragon Mechanical late that eving and in less than a couple of hours a team of a tech and a sales consultant showed up. Kimberly was pretty honest,knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She gave us a few options without pushing a sale onto us. We decided to go with a brand new 3ton Carrier HVAC unit.     I am writing this review because now days we always read reviews before hiring a company. Reviews help us to determine whether we are hiring a company that can do the work and will charge us the correct amount for the service. Mondragon Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating is the company I have been using to help me deal with the problems I had with the split units I had installed in my new home by a DIFFERENT company. I now hire them to replace the units for a 4-ton full carrier heat pump system. I highly recommend them. Their technicians are knowledgeable, competent, punctual, and experienced. They provided guidance as to how to best deal with the problems I had with the old system and now they are explaining to me how to replace the old unit with a new one. They are kind and easy to talk to. I never felt they were taking advantage of me because I am a woman with no knowledge of HVAC systems. I never felt pressure to replace the system by them. They took time several months of going back in forward with questions before I decided to replace the unit. I highly recommend Mondragon Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating to do any HVAC work you need in your home or business.

    Had my entire HVAC system go out on a hot memorial day weekend in 2022. Jorge was out later that day to take a look. He quoted me a very fair (much lower than others in the area) price to replace my system, and had a team out to install it the next day.Since the install, he and the team have been very responsive to one-off questions, maintenance, and small repairs.     It’s hard to express how grateful we are for Mondragon Mechanical! Our Ac system was about 30,000 years old and could not keep up with the Texas summer.
