Technician was late for my appointment and I wish he would have kept me apprised of the delay. However, once he got here, he was very thorough and found the problem quickly. He completed the repair quickly and was in his way. The service itself Id rate 5 stars. The lack of communication caused me to lower the stars to 4.

I would love to give 10 stars but Google only allow 5. In my many years in business and a home owner I have never met someone in A/C business as honest as Mr. Mitchell as well as his team. He doesnt waste your time trying to use scare tactics for you to purchasing something you may not need like other A/C companies. Once he troubleshoot the problem he informs you of your options and its up to you. His prices are fair, he and his team are very professional, the housekeeping after the job is excellent and he is very reliable. You can count on Mitchells Mechanic to provide suburb overall service.

Very pleased with the service. Had new AC installed. The owner came to my home for the initial inspection and explained what was needed. He explained how the install would work and that his employees would show up first and begin the work. I received a confirmation text of employee arrival and they were on time. Mr. Mitchell worked with my schedule when I had to leave midway into install. The next day they arrived again- timely and install was complete. The employees were very professional and pleasant. I feel confident referring him to family and friends.

We have a home warranty and Mitchells Mechanical was contracted for the service appointment when we made a claim for our AC system. Mitch and his team were professional and courteous. Mitch was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the problem and make the repairs in a timely manner.I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC maintenance and repair. They were very fair and easy to work with. While they were here they also did annual maintenance on our system for a good price.We have worked with two other HVAC service companies in the past and they did not come close to the quality of service and level of knowledge shown by Mitch.

The AC Tech was right on time with a great attitude and a mask to protect himself and respect my family’s health. He went right to work and within ten minutes had found the problem. He replaced the motor run capacitor and that was the solution. We he arrived the thermostat read inside ambient temperature at 88 degrees. After he finished and returned inside, the temperature had dropped to 85 degrees. What a difference!! Dustin, the AC Tech also checked the AC Unit in the attic and gave me information for future maintenance. He was professional at all times with a willingness to answer all my questions. I will definitely use Mitchell Mechanical AC for preparing my AC. Unit for the winter months. I highly recommend their work.

My experience with Mitchells Mechanical service was AWESOME. The owner is very knowledgeable about the havc system. The owner and his technicians reworked duct work, installed a new furnace and added a new ac vent. They did a clean and efficient job. Great work. I will always use them for any service in the future.

Had an emergency service call for my heater furnace. They came out as promised gave me a reasonable price to replace the system. I had other quotes that was outrageously high.The techs were polite and got straight to work. They did everything that they said they would do and took their time to answer all my questions! I will definitely use again for all my A/C & Heating issues.

On 8/25/2021, I came home from working a long shift. I noticed my home was a bit warm. I checked my A/C, which the thermostat read 75 but it showed the temperature to be 78 but got up to 88. I called this company because they were local. A male answered the phone and told me he would be at my home before 5pm.The owner showed up and fixed my a/c in less than 7 minutes. He also checked the coolant for my a/c without any complaints. First impression was positive with this company.I respect the fact that the owner has been in the game 11 years, have workers that work for/with him but he stepped out into the field to get his hands dirty! I support this company! I Most definitely have the company name and number locked in! Good luck on your next 11 years of success! ✊🏾

Incredible company, good prices and amazing customer service. The owner is trustworthy and goes out of his way to take care of his customers. We had a problem and he personally came out after hours to service our unit. He even took the time to thank my husband for his service to our country. All of the technicians are professional, wear masks and even take off shoes. I highly recommend.

Mr. Mitchell & his crew were assigned to us through a home warranty service call late in the afternoon. Mr. Mitchell called the same day and said he could come after he finished another job.Not only did he keep his word, he came after business hours to check/test the system.Once he diagnosed the problem (compressor) he got our A/C back up & running the next day (they had to get the parts).Thank you Mitchell Mechanical!

Our Home Warranty referred our claim to Mitchells Mechanical when our A/C conked on Tuesday Aug 9, 2016, which if you recall our area was under a heat advisory! I was so panicked to get someone to come and fix us up because it was unbearable in our house — Mitchells said they would be there Wednesday, the next day, but as it got later and later, I was sure they were going to blow me off.But no, at 6 p.m. I heard from the tech who was on the South side of Houston but making his way to us, God bless him. He arrived around 7 and by 7:30 had us up and running again! I was never so grateful.In the past contractors have been in no hurry to help when theyre sent by the home warranty people -- I suppose because theyre working at a discount to get the home warranty work, and all theyre getting from us is the $65 check for the service call. But Mitchells took great care of us, on the same day they promised. We had a very good experience. Thanks Mitchells.

Mitchells Mechanical is one of the absolute best small businesses that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Long story short, our AC crapped out over the past weekend and the home warranty company sent Northstar Mechanical to the house late Monday evening. Northstar tech told us the compressor was bad and in all honesty the entire outside unit needed to be replaced. So after submitting the work order to the warranty company; I was told the that the insurance would cover 772.25 for the work and I would need to pay 717 plus 60 service call- so my total was more than the insurance companys. So what did the $717 cover you may ask? Well to start they wanted $90 to install a 3.5 section of pipe insulation, then there were all of the items to supposedly bring my entire system to code- even the unit in the attic which was replaced by the warranty company last fall. Then of course there was the $300 surge protector than the home has done fine without for the last 21 years. And that was just to change the compressor with a New re manufactured compressor that would need to be modified to fit my unit- not really sure how that cost was my problem, since the warranty company wanted to put this bastard part in my AC. This is where the story takes a turn for the good.I submitted a request for an estimate and several minutes later I was contacted by a gentleman named Lorenzo. Lorenzo offered me several solutions and for the first time in a long time- someone actually listend to what I was saying. As a recently disabled veteran, I am on a shoestring budget while I heal and retrain myself for a new career. So Lorenzo and the team at Mitchells found the best solution for me and even better it was within my budget. So if you or anyone you knows needs a new system, routine maintenance or anything else related to HVAC- call Mitchells Mechanical or you may be sorry- as they are the most honest and professional HVAC folks that I have ever dealt with. Finally, the cost of the project was exactly what they said it would be and it was done with the utmost skill and professionalism. Thank you for getting my family cool again and you have gained a customer for life!!!!!!!!!!
