    Weve had several companies out to figure out why our unit was not cooling or heating our upstairs correctly. Everyone kept saying different things and putting temporary fixes. Minnix came explained the issue in depth. It was a big issue. To sum it up it is fixed and working great. I highly recommend Minnix for your big or small issues.

    Buying a new AC unit is difficult in todays economy. Even just having the AC go out in this Texas heat is majorly stressful. Its been 100 degrees for days and summer is just getting started. The AC went out, Tony came out and explained all my options to me. He was able to repair and get a few more years out of my current unit. I really thought Id have to buy a new AC and was stressed out. Tony eased all my worries, he came out less than two hours after I called. He was very thorough in explaining things and saved me big time. A small honest business who looks out for their customers. The service fee was much less than I thought it would be too! Thank Tony!

    Minnix Mechanical absolutely saved me and my family when our AC went out.     Been using Tony for many years now and he has replaced my whole AC and tankless water heaters. Responds very quickly to all service calls and gets the job done fast. Always honest and gets you the fairest price with highest quality work. Great human all around and 100% trustworthy, which is hard to find in his line of work nowadays. Highly recommend!!

    Tony did an incredible job at my house. I did a complete remodel of a older house, and that time had some very poor work done, in some cases by non-licensed professionals. Tony came in and fixed everything.....various gas leaks, ensured everything was up to current code for my gas stove, gas fireplace, installed a new tankless water heater, make sure sinks & shower worked properly, and got all inspections passed by Travis County Inspectors. Then after my house was completed, there was a leak that came about in my wifes house. Tony came ASAP, and found & fixed the leak within a day. On top of that, more than the work he performed, there have been MANY times where I just needed him to explain things to me over the phone or give advice on how to get my house across the finish line during the many phases of construction. Always super-cool, always responsive. The only guy I call for plumbing needs. Thank you Tony, my good man.

    Tony has been my HVAC guy for over 10 years. He is very good at his job. Beyond that, he is very kind, personable, and desires to help in any way he can. He often gives me advice that helps me to avoid unnecessary costs. I’ve had him fix old clunkers to get their last days out of them and then replace them only when necessary. He excels at both. I now have new systems and he has provided guidance on how to maintain them.He’s a good guy.

    Tony is absolutely amazing! My AC broke in the BLAZING heat and Tony was not only so quick to come on out, but also was so informative. I like to understand what is going on and he took the time to explain in detail which aspects needed fixed. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars to install a new AC system, but Tony came on in to save the day. If you need someone for your repairs, Tony is your guy! I know my system will need replaced in the coming years, but Tony has given my unit another shot, so I can save money to prepare.     I have worked with Tony (Minnix Mechanical) for years on various repairs, remodels/renovations, as well as new installation/construction projects, both for my business as well as my own personal residences I have lived in and I highly recommend them for any HVAC and plumbing needs. Tony has helped me squeeze life out of old rickety systems, troubleshoot older systems where the original installer skipped steps, and helped me get exactly what I need for a reasonable price when it comes to new installation work. As a professional real estate developer/investor I make it a habit to get multiple bids and opinions on major problems/projects. I always find that time and time again I go with Minnix for the work because I know it will be handled correctly and honestly and that in the unlikely event something should go wrong, I dont have to worry because Tony will take care of any issue that could arise.I highly recommend Minnix Mechanical!

    The recent deep freeze broke my tankless hot water heater and I had to shut off the water to my house because the heater was still leaking w the valves off. Out of all the people who looked at it, Tony realized that a valve was broken open. He was able to get it closed and now I have cold water to the house. Because of the current demand, it will be several days before a new heater is available. But thanks to Tony I am no longer hauling water to the house. I will definitely use his services in the future.
