    Technician Carlos called about 45 minutes before arriving as requested. Arrived on time and proceeded to check out HVAC system. Even though our system is an oldie, it is a goodie and Carlos verified that all was well with system and it was working as it should.     Had a problem with a heat pump I bought from these guys four and a half years ago, still under warranty. To my surprise they came out the next day at a time convenient to me and took care of it.. no charge, not even a traveling fee.     I cannot recommend this business enough. I use them for both my home and my business. They show up quickly, they are friendly, and their prices cant be beat. Customer service-wise, they will always have my appreciation because Ty went right out when my mother called. He quickly fixed her A/C. He saw that she had gotten a new thermostat and hadnt installed it yet, so he installed it for her and didnt charge her.

We have a home warranty, and needed pictures, and detailed information on repairs to file the claim. The technician took all the photos needed, and assisted me in properly filling out the required documents for our claim. He was very professional responsive.     Our a/c unit failed as soon as the outdoor temp reached 100 degrees.We called HCS. They were in my area and stopped by immediately. Unfortunately, the compressor needed to be replaced. They quickly provided the quote and had the part ordered for my older unit. The a/c now keeps up with the hellish temps with ease. All of the HCS employees are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.I highly recommend them to everyone.

    After using several AC/HEATING Businesses n my area I was at my wits end to find someone/business which didnt try to sell me something, since they were at my home for a repair. They at times would be untrained and break parts or have to come back for the same repair. I used to do repairs myself but an injury to spine keeps me from doing so now.Hill Country Services is a blessing with all the attributes I checked off above.My favorite joke of another contracters TV commercial where apparently the owner comes to the door of a customer. The camera, zooms to the slip on dirt protectors.I called them Two contractors came to my door. Not one were wearing the dirt protectors.Call Hill Country. My experience is one of positive all around

    If there were a ten star option, that still wouldnt be high enough of a rating for this amazing AC company. I called yesterday, 07/30/2020 at around 0900 or so, and spoke to Ty. I told Ty about how my AC went out during the night/early morning. My pervious AC was approximately 37 years old and of course needed to be replaced. I asked Ty if they, Hill Country Service Company, were available to do a quote for me on the same day. Ty said of course they could, which was free, and i figured it would be about 1 to 2 hours before they went to my residence, which was not the case. I texted my significant other to inform her what was going on. No more than 10 minutes later, Ty was already at my house!!!. About 2 hours later, Ty called me back with my quote on a 3 Ton AC replacement along with some other things that needed to be replaced to make the new unit compatible with my furnace. To inform whoever reads this, I had 72° come out to do a quote about 2 weeks ago, which their qoute was about $7,500.00 dollars (felt like i was getting ripped off). Ty informed me that it would cost... $3600.00 all out. After some unexpected discounts, the new total was $3200.00 dollars everything included. I dont think Ive ever said yes, lets do it so fast in my life. Ty said that the install would be early next week, which was fine because I had AC wall units and fans. At this point I was already pleased and super impressed with the service. Ty then called me back 15 mintues later and informed that install could happen the same day! Ty and his helper arrived at my house and were super friendly to my family and were really respectful! They did the whole job in about 2 hours or so and cleaned up after themselves. The new unit is a absolutely beautiful 3 Ton 14 Seer Rating AC. I couldnt be happier with this experience! I will now, forever, use there Services and I really hope this review gets them your business aswell!P.s I know this is a long review. But I rarely give reviews and these people deserve all the praises. Thank yall for taking the time to read and thank you Hill Country Service Company for being AMAZING !!
