I had to substitute my declining 22-year-old, 3-ton heating unit. I sought 4 estimates. McAllen Heating & Energys quote was within a few hundred dollars of the most affordable estimate and 30% less than the highest. They were the most forthright and professional, right from the get-go and through the entire process. I reached out to the owner, Joe, on his private line three times, which is significant given my inexperience with purchasing such items. Each time, Joe proved to be prompt, supportive, and authentic. Interacting with him was like dealing with a trusted doctor, he genuinely cared about my heating needs! His team, including Arthur who initially came to inspect the unit, and Manuel, Taylor, Damon who arrived with Arthur for the installation, were flawless. Achieving this level of perfection is not an easy task. Regardless of the cost, there wasnt a single team that came close to the efficiency of this group. I cannot recommend McAllen Heating & Energy enough. My heartfelt thanks to everyone!
