Josh was our technician who came out to look over our ac unit. He was really professional and thorough. He answered all our questions. Service was set up within a few days. Brian and his team came out and were prompt and professional from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again for our maintenance needs and refer them to friends and family.

Our first claim w/Home Serve and it couldnt have come at a worse time - wind chills -10° and us with no heat. Hart was dispatched to our claim. They called within minutes to get us scheduled (which was only 2 days later), showed up when they said they would, called texted and emailed with updates on what time the tech would arrive. Kyle arrived exactly when the app showed he would. He was polite, professional and friendly. He quickly got to work and a couple hours later, we had heat! He cleaned up his garbage - no sign hed ever been here other than were no longer freezing.

Curtis came out on a Friday and did a great job on some PM and quoted us for a replacement system. Brian came back on Monday with his crew and did an excellent job on the installation of a new air handler. They also corrected some deficiencies left by another company with our outside equipment. I would highly recommend you use HART HVAC for your needs.

I recently had a mixed experience with Hart HVAC, and while there were some positives, there were also significant issues that need to be addressed.The Positive:I initially reached out to Hart HVAC on Sunday, 2/16/25, through their website for service. Within 30 minutes, I received a call, and the technician was able to schedule a visit for the very next day, Monday, 2/17/25. The technician arrived around 11:00 AM and quickly diagnosed that the TXV valve was faulty. He was able to get the second strip for the emergency heat working while he was on-site.The company was able to source the required TXV valve and provided a quote for replacing it, and said if any refrigerant if needed. They were quick to schedule the repair for the next day, which was convenient. On 2/18/25, the technician arrived promptly at 12:45 PM and completed the job as scheduled.The Negative:While I appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the technician, the communication surrounding the cost and scope of the repair left much to be desired. The technician replaced the TXV valve and a filter drier as expected, but what was not discussed or mentioned in the original quote was the amount of refrigerant that would need to be replaced.In total, they added 11.8 pounds of refrigerant, which was a significant amount, considering that just three months earlier, Hart HVAC had replaced the compressor and 12 pounds of refrigerant. This was a surprise, as I had not been informed that so much refrigerant would be needed for the job. I reached out to their office to express my concerns about this lack of transparency and the additional cost for the refrigerant, which amounted to $856.Resolution:After voicing my concerns, Hart HVAC management refunded me $300, which, while appreciated, still left me with an unexpectedly high bill for the refrigerant replacement. It was an expensive lesson in the importance of ensuring full clarity around costs and the specifics of the work being performed.Conclusion:While I initially thought I had found a trustworthy HVAC company, this experience highlighted some significant gaps in communication and training. The technician did his job well, but the company’s lack of transparency about pricing and the scope of the work left me frustrated. I would recommend that future customers get a very clear breakdown of the costs before agreeing to any repairs, and that Hart HVAC takes steps to improve communication internally to avoid similar situations in the future.Rating: 5/5Despite the positive aspects, I can’t ignore the substantial cost and the lack of clear communication regarding what the job would entail. With better transparency and more effective training, this company could provide a much more reliable experience for their customers.Update:I recently had a miscommunication with Hart HVAC, but after discussing the issue, we came to a very positive resolution. The team was incredibly professional and understanding throughout the process. They addressed all of my concerns and made sure everything was sorted out efficiently. Our technician was Justin. He arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced himself to me and we visited about the system and any concerns we had with the unit. Justin conducted the PM review for our system. He provided information as to items to maintain our system in good working order. He had the part on the truck, he made the update to the system, changed the filter and taped the unit. Justin did a great job in explaining the pm service. The entire experience was first rate.

Curtis is the best! Fixed our problem when everyone else said the system needed to be replaced. Had an issued a week later and came out no charge and fixed that. We have tried a few AC places but this one really cares. This will be the only place we call from now on.

HART HVAC & ELECTRIC IS AWESOME!!! We have used them for years. For the past few years, HART HVAC has been out to work on our 19 year old AC units too many times to count. They’ve replaced worn out part after worn out part to save us from having to get new units. We finally decided to get our main AC/heat unit replaced. Robby, Luke, Bailey, Dan & Owen spent all day working their tails off to get this install done. Our attic opening is about 2’ x 2’ so they had to completely disassemble the old unit to get it out and completely disassemble the new unit to get it in the attic! Then they had to put it all together in our hot attic all while climbing over & through a maze of rafters and roofing braces. The whole HART HVAC team is wonderful! They are always professional, courteous and hard working. The office staff, especially Maryanne, keeps you posted on when the techs will arrive and everything. These guys even vacuumed their mess before they left! If you need AC, Heat or Electric done, HART HVAC is the best choice. Thank You HART HVAC & Electric!!!

Hart HVac and Electric gave me a window of time that he would show up and later called to let me know he was on his way. When Hunter arrived, he introduced himself and was very polite. I showed him my attic and let him work. He explained the issue with my home and gave me a solution to my problem. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Hunter.

On 9/4 my wife and I came home from the Texas Rangers game and it was 86 in the house and 100 outside. We immediately knew something was wrong. I didn’t know who to call just looked online and contacted 2 companies and one was Hart HVAC. They called me early the next morning and came out in the afternoon. Jimmy spoke to my wife and told her about the repair/replace possibilities and he was very sincere and wanted to tell everything to make the decision easier. My wife was impressed with Jimmy’s ability to answer all questions and there was no pressure either way. We scheduled our appointment for Friday and it was tough to think about people being in your house all day because you never know who those people will be. Are they trustworthy? Well the minute I spoke with Walker and Logan I was at ease. They were so professional yet personable and talked to me and told me throughout the process how it was going when they thought it would be done and it was HOT 🥵. However they all had great attitudes and were upbeat when they could have acted less than happy with all that heat. I was so impressed with all three of the gentlemen that came for the install but I have to say Walker and Logan stood out! I would recommend them to anyone that had an AC issue. Your company did an A1 job on my full AC replacement and I will not forget that! As a company with employees like Walker, Logan and Jimmy I don’t think you can go wrong!!I wish there was more I could do to thank them but if you have any reward for excellence professionalism work ethic and customer service they are well deserving. Our experience with Heidy was very professional, absolutely explained the process to us,went through all areas very informative.You could sense that she knew the new installation.And the price was very fair, no gimmicks or hidden surprises.We are beyond excited to finally upgrade,and know that it will be exactly what we have been looking for.The two young men who installed our new system were very knowledgeable and did everything while we were at work.When I arrived from work they were nearly finished with everything, I was surprised!! I had a great experience with this company. My rental property (with tenants) continued having problems with a very old HVAC system, so I interviewed several companies for a system replacement. They came in with the best price and installed a TRANE!! Other bids were offering other low grade systems but still higher in the bidding process. They had a team of 3 when they showed up. They were on time, professional, and from start to finish made it look easy and seamless. Cleaned everything up and took great pride in their work, it really showed. Other companies said 8+ hrs minimum, they had it completed in 6 hours. They showed me final product, warranties, thermostat info and how the system works, along with having safety shutoff valves that would prevent water damage if something did go wrong in future. I’m blown away at their bid and work ethic. Although, I’m not currently living at this property, they assured me, they will get here if I ever need them! Do yourself a favor. At least get a quote from them, ( if you have to go through this process). They have earned my trust and saved me a ton of money.-Julie

We were AMAZED with the level of care and professionalism from HART.We made the call at 8:00 am, and told them our AC went out overnight. In that call, the got our phone numbers (my wife and mine), and email addresses. When there was a new update to our service status, we both received texts and emails.We got a text at 8:50 saying a tech was 30 minutes out. He showed up at 9:17. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes (a capacitor), and he had a matching unit on his truck. He took pictures the entire way; a pic of the old unit in his hand, and a pic of the new unit in place. Then he went to draw up the paperwork.He offered us enrollment into their yearly maintenance program, and we said yes, because we were so impressed up to that point. It took him longer to do the paperwork because of the maintenance program, than it took to solve the problem.Throughout, Bryan was friendly and cordial.Bryan left at 10:27. From the time he was on site until he left was an hour and ten minutes. As stated, it was only that long because he had to fill out paperwork. If he hadnt, it would have been less than thirty minutes.In the afternoon, we got a call from HART, asking how everything went. We already have our fall service appointment set up, and we have plans to have them out for a more advanced procedure next February, also already scheduled.We searched best HVAC in Springtown, and we can assure you, HART absolutely is the best. These folks treated us with kid gloves and charged a VERY reasonable service charge. We woke up with visions of dropping a mortgage payment, and it turned out to be about the cost of two nice meals out, or one meal if you like cocktails with dinner. Youd be happy about it, too!I cant recommend them enough.

Our AC quit. We have a Generac generator that is attached to the AC unit. So after much research with the Hart technician and the Generac technician, it was decided that an AC board was old and that the sautering was cracked and working intermittently. Hart figured everything out and sent a technician to temporarily fix it while the new board was ordered. Upon arrival of the board, a technician promptly arrived to replace it. This company is concerned that you are satisfied in every way. I’m very happy to recommend them.

HART HVAC AND ELECTRIC will always be my AC service provider. They rescued us during last summers heat wave when our home warranty company, American Home Shield, couldnt find someone to help us and left us hanging. The technician they sent, whose name I am sorry I cant recall, was amazing. Patiently explained everything he was doing to a young man he appeared to be training as he got us up and running and cooling down from the heat. Fast forward to this week when we thought the fan motor had gone out during the night and I called HART HVAC around 7:45 AM to report it. Put me right onto their tight schedule and by 3:30 PM, Justin and a fellow technician came and had us cooling down from 89 degrees within 45 minutes! HVAC issues - call HART HVAC AND ELECTRIC without hesitation:)

Thank you so much to Hart HVAC. The day we called, my husband had been in the hospital and when we got home we realized our AC had stopped working. When we called, we honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out that day and certainly didn’t think we would have it fixed that day. We were so surprised. Not only did Alex and Marco come out that day, they stayed until they got it working. They were so professional and polite! They were determined to get it fixed, making calls to others to get ideas as our unit is so old! We were so thankful for their hard work, it was so hot in our attic and they didn’t give up! So happy we called and you all have some great team members in Alex and Marco, they really were great representatives! Highly highly recommend.

I made the initial call and spoke with Frank he was very kind and courteous and assured me they would get out and repair my A/C that day. A/C tech Jaymes arrived within the promised time. Jaymes went right to work troubleshooting my A/C problem and once he discovered the problem he explained everything to me and gave me all of my options on getting the repairs made. Jaymes then completed the repairs very promptly and the pricing was very fair. If you are in need of any Heating or A/C work I would recommend Hart HVAC. They are kind, courteous, prompt, and fair.
