Andrew was fantastic! He came over same day and fixed the issue I had with my AC pretty immediately. I actually went without AC for a few days because I THOUGHT that it would be a long and tedious process- had I known that Andrew was as quick and efficient as he was, I would’ve called sooner.He took the time to explain everything to me and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is 100% my new AC guy. Thanks again Andrew!

Andrew was prompt in his appointment time, very friendly with us, troubleshooted thoroughly, and explained the issue without condescension or talking down to us (a common issue faced by this female homeowner). He was responsive to questions and gave us our options of how to proceed, with consideration to our concerns about cost. Will definitely continue using him as my designated HVAC contractor.

Professionalism is a big factor for me and Andrew surpassed all my expectations.So thankful that Mr. Sandoval was able to accommodate my family and me same day.I called Andy mid day; It had been a rough night with no ac for family and me.Andy knew very quickly why my AC was not working. I just had a wonderful experience I wanted to share.My AC unit began freezing up.So I called First Rate Service Inc.I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of Andrew Sandaval and Sam Pena.They responded quickly and were punctual.They were very thoughtful, kind, and neat!They took their time evaluating my AC units problem and explained the diagnosis in terms I could understand.They gave me a reasonable estimate and clearly explained what I could expect.I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked and neat, even putting down drop cloths. They cleaned up when they were done and were very careful and considerate! I would highly recommend them to everyone including my family and and friends! My home is nice and cool.

Im a plumbing contractor and have known Andrew for many years and have worked with him on many jobs. He is a straight shooter, honest and up fornt. You can always tell if Andrew has worked on or installed a unit, due to some of the neatest and cleanest workmanship that you will find. He also educates customers on proper preventive maintenance, dues and donts, and he will fill out and register warranty information for customers witch I find is very helpful. Thats just the type of service you will get with Andrew. I highly recommend using First Rate Services. You wont want to use anyone els.

Andrew is hands down the best and most experienced AC guy I have ever had! I wont use anyone else after having the best! He is very detailed in his work and explains to the customer all that he has to do or did in great detail. I found Andrew by Googling an AC guy in my area of Pleasanton last August when my AC went out in my house. He came right out and loaned us his AC unit to keep us cool while getting the part he needed to repair our AC. He is now servicing my business AC in Alamo Ranch, Tune Up The Manly Salon. He came out yesterday to service my business for the first time and found all kinds of things that werent even done right. He fixed wiring that could have caused a fire, plugged holes where water had been pouring through the roof, changed out a pump that had been squeezed too tight to avoid loosing oil, and discovered my AC unit had no filters in it. Shame on the last company I paid to services it. Dont hesitate, just call Andrew he is the BEST! He services Pleasanton, San Antonio ect...

To check both cooling & heating, he needed a little cooperation from the weather. Instead of charging me for two trips, he let me know what was going on & offered to reschedule. He did an outstanding job. I was sweating it out when I called him, but not I am cool, and my pocketbook didnt pay the price.
